Lol I am not the best,besides the other day I havent played HA since christmas. but i have started playin Rspike with guildies. but my main char ia "the best mighty man" and when ever I am on ill be happy to play. i have TS and vent. so i can comunicate.

I'd definatlt want to work at this - and as I have found before in Ta or GvG, sometimes starting at nothing allows you to develope with a build, coming up with one that is truly yours and no one else can play as well.
So, I'm a rank 0 (never found a HA group) eyuro player who can put in some time, has TS and Vent and generally plays either a hammer knokdown wa/el or a boon prot mo/me

Other Information: I have PvE characters of every profession. Most can substitute for a pvp character decently except for my mesmer. Dont have much on her yet. Have a pvp slot on each account. My Guild has been doing more HA recently but I'm not always available when they are so another group to play with that has the patience for learning would be great.

I have same problem. In european dist, groups are just random invites and in international, groups are rank8. Im rank 1 atm, fame is 27. I like to play sb/infuse, warrior, surger and ranger.

French community have a little project for R0 and other people who have some difficulties for make group in HoH. The concept works greatly and lot of people can have a good group with cool players (some high ranks help us for example).

A calendar, a forum, some informations for PvP and learn, all registred members can have lot of informations on others like rank, playtime, IG name, favorite class and more. Anyone can create a rendez-vous. I can make you the code for a similar website in English if you want (2 or 3 hours of work. Its my website)...Or if you have another solution

couple ideas: Dont do iway. All it does is get you better at iway...and thats lame. Dont do MF or EoE bomb unless you are just joking around. Try to play a few builds you see other teams winning with, then elaborate on them yourself and mix things up. Noone wants to face the same pressure/spike builds 20x in a row. Im r6, none of its from iway...so you dont have to do it for fame. Just start out with what you like the best, i.e. monking, and work with rankless pugs until you get better. it takes a lot longer, but you will know what you are doing rather than acting like you do bc you have a deer.

First of all I'd like to apologise to all for neglecting the topic for a bit, i was very busy with work and have been out of town for a few days. I also would like to thank all players of "emote" rank that are willing to help us in game or simply post ideas about builds here.

I would like to share my ideas so far:

iway seems to be a "hated" build, and , although i keep losing from IWAY teams, there doesn't seem to be much depth in it. So my personal opinion is that we don't start with iway. Also this saves me from getting a pet for my Warrior :P

We should however pick a build, or 2 builds that we can try to team up with. There are many interesting builds, but I think we should get experience and some wins playing something specific, before experimenting with more things.
I will hopefully have time tomorrow to update the topic with the people available, and perhaps make a special section for the ranked players who are willing to help this effort. Please don't spam rank players though, and do some reading before asking them to get you in a team. In other words, don't appear with your 55 farming monk and expect others to take you by the hand and explain you why 55 is bad for HA, try to minimize other people's effort. This way they can also help us better by answering more advanced questions

wait, r u guys using ur pve char? b/c i'll tell u this now, it not a good idea unless u can get perfect weapons thats exactly suitable for the build. aka if ur pvp char is better then ur pve dont use ur pve.

I doubt this has helped yet because it's very difficult for everyone to actually go through all the pages and whisper each person one by one. It's also too difficult to look at their times and convert. I think we need a meeting channel that everyone will log on to when they play GW and we could easily check to see if anyone's on. This would make things less stressful for everyone.

I am planning to be online for a big chunk of Saturday evening and Sunday day time this weekend, so is anyone else up for arranging a meet up and assault on HA?

My proposal would be to get together at HA in the highest number International Dis available, at 7pm GMT. I will aim to be there as William Stark at that time, so message me if you are coming. Unless anyone has a better idea, we could start with a fairly balanced energy denial team (monks, mesmers and warriors primarily), since that seemds to have been a popular and well thought out suggestion.

If no-one has anything more pressing to do we can make a few attempts and tweak the team build as necessary. We may even be able to field more than one team. Match reports to be posted here afterwards
