I was just wondering when checking the ladder... (thnx iQ for the nice ladder with rank changes

) and noticed the number 3 is gone of the ladder. If I recall correctly this was QQ...

Is the guild abandoned? (or banned...)

they were one of the guilds investigated and subsequently punished for ladder manipulation. There's a thread around here on the subject that got closed because it resulted in a lot of e-drama; which may or may not happen since that's PROBABLY what this thread could turn into, especially since I answered your question.

Regardless, I'll go ahead and post what I think: From everything QQ's said, they didn't really do anything wrong except resign spike 30 minutes before ladder lock to a team that was going to beat them; anything else I'm unaware of and without proof it's just rumors, e-drama, and speculation.

As far as I know they wanted to change the name of the guild for the next season, and they needed to do that before Thursday when rosters lock for that season. Hence, disband.

I was just wondering...since you dont see it often that a top 10 guild just disappears. If everything is said about it, I dont mind if this topic is closed, since it was not my intention to restart the "investigation"-drama again

They reformed under the name "Team Quitters".

Hi. Well, basically, what happened was that when the guild was created, two of our leaders were more or less what you would call "stoners". Thus, when we were deciding on a guild name, they loved "One Hitter Quitters". None of us had any real objections to the name, so we went with that. Since then, however, both of those players have left us and we felt that the guild name had grown stale and outdated. We have been thinking of new names for a while, and yesterday (while I was at work, mind you), we reformed under the name Team Quitter [QQ]. Same players, same leader, same everything, just new name. Personally I despise the new name, seeing as to how it makes no sense and doesn't mean anything, but I just wanted to let you guys know that that's where we went and if you happen to play against any guild by that name then yeah, that's us. I just don't know why we didn't go with a good name like Sexy Backs, Sexyback Mountain, Too Little Too Late, A Public Affair, The Pleasure Men, You Touch My Tralala, Boy Zone, Wild Bros, or Butt Bucket. Feel free to steal any of those now since apparently we won't be using them.

If anyone wants to know anything else, PM me. Otherwise, that's more or less the answer to where we "went".
