melee/hex degen pressure
http://gwshack.us/f98ca
just another concept build. it's a little rough around the edges, but it should be workable.
the dragon slasher and bull's charger are the primary melee pressure chars. the dragon slasher is capable of sustaining a high DPS with very little downtime between each damage spike, and the bull's charger applies pressure using auto KD's against moving (or kiting) targets. the shock axe is the secondary flagrunner as well as the primary spike character, performing quick spikes to finish off targets.
i'm personally not all that sure about the two mesmers. on paper, they appear to work. i'm not really sure how well degen mesmers work in practice.
the rest of the build is pretty straightforward. obviously it focuses on 8v8 pressue, but it can split if needed.
changes: the mesmers are now redesigned with energy drain as the elite. i wrestled with the idea of adding Feedback into the build for even more e-denial, but the 30 second recharge killed that idea.

I would change the bulls charge to a hammer. You KD for 3 seconds it takes 3.32 to swing twice. If they move at all when they get up they will be KD again.
Sword takes 3 swings to KD them which is 3.99. That gives them enough time to get away from you between the 2nd and 3rd hit.
I you really want to be evil "on your knees" works great with bull's charge. You can use this guy to greif a war or lock your target in place.

I'd consider switching to a water runner. Adding the water hexes in adition to the illusion stuff you have going on is a pain to get rid of. Rememer, nothing pisses a warrior off more than to not be able to move, or hit any attacks.
And on that note, swaping wards out in favor of a Necro secondary with Faintheartedness and Price of Failure might be a good idea. This will give you a nice defense against warriors, in addtion to a stronger Hex offense.
EDIT: upon taking a second look, I'm not so sure about Migrane. It can do a fair ammount to other midline casters, as well as to B-lights, but an elite E managment to further power your hexes would do you alot of good I think.

On the drain mesmer, if you're not using distortion and running 14 inspiration for an emangement elite and illusion hexes, I'd put mantra of persistance in there. It'll let you degen more targets at once. You have no draw conditions anywhere, so its going to cost at least 10 energy to remove a cripple from a cripshot. You're hex mesmer isn't doing much other than warrior hate. I'd probably make that a oob curser instead.
