So if I call a spike target, and am moving towards it to unload my adrenaline, and the casters are moving into position to spike, and someone in the backlines overcalls that spike to ping an overextended warrior, what is the result? Spike missed. As a target caller, someone overcalling my spikes hacks me off, its not a personal issue, overcalled spikes are almost always missed spikes as some people will be committed already to the original target and will be unable to change.
How is this teamwork? Depends on the build I guess, but for me a team needs one target caller and one strategy caller. Information is ftw, give your target caller and your strategy caller all the information they need to do their jobs, if you tell me here's an overextended warrior i can change targets if I decide, as the target caller, that is the best target. But maybe there is an even better target that I am going after (for example a monk that just infused or an incoming flag runner). Its my job as the target caller to make that decision, not yours as support warrior. Overcalling the target caller isnt doing anyone any favours imo, but you go ahead and do whatever works for you

If I'm calling targets, nothing will hack me off faster than someone pinging other targets. However, I like to know if there is a warrior overextended or frenzying, and I may ask you to put him up if you tell me he's there, but dont call the target without the target caller telling you to.

I should have put conditions on my `ping-and-announce'. You should never do this when you are about to spike. So, if you hear "3-2-1", then wait to call the over extended warrior.

When you're not the caller, just call targets of opportunity over vent, and ping-call it if the caller asks for it.
This way you don't interfere with the target caller, and they'll let you know quickly enough if you can just ping a target without being asked for.

In my guild, target calling is something of a group effort and we all ping targets of opportunity. This allows us to quickly target flaggers or overextended characters without waiting for the target caller to hear over vent, find the character, and click on them. Getting a target through clicking on the party list rather than pressing T has never been a problem for us.

How target calling is managed is usually just preference. 2 core warriors will eventually be able to learn eachothers preferences/responsibilities and know when to ping/announce/or both.

Hi! I've been playing GW Factions for few months. I've finished PvE quests and soon I will open a new PvP character. I will use E/me (air/domination), but I've been thinking that should i use air staff with all upgrades on it + superior rune of air magic or should i use air wand with storm artifact + major rune of air magic?? If i use air staff with upgrades + superior rune of air magic my health will + 20 then the other choice. What should i use??

As a warrior, try to keep the general formation of warriors -> squishies -> monks
It does help a lot when an opposing warrior tries to spear straight through to your monks.

1.Stay calm. Most of the time, when you panic, you tend to make decisions that could either mess you up, or just literally kill you. This could cost you, or sometimes the entire guild.
2.Do what feels right. If you have a feeling that you think could help the guild battle, alert your guild. Let your opinions be heard.
3.Have fun. If you lose or win, show sportsmanship, and congratulate your opponant. That way, your guild and others will respect you.
