If you are carrying practised stance seeking arrows can give you near constant ghost interrupts. Also its nice vs those spirit spamming rangers favoured by everyone's favourite build, blood spike.

I've seen some teams take Favorable Winds on their choking gas ranger. Arrows moving twice as fast as normal would certainly help.

Seems to be a very anti blood spike build. Maybe this is the reason I have been seeing it increasing often in balance builds in HA. With BS so popular right now I wouldnt be suprised to see it become more popular. Seeking arrows is really an awsome skill, it is great for holding as, like said above, you will get very constant interupts on the ghostly. Anyways, seems like a solid build that a lot of balance teams could consider.
