Team-Suicide Bomb
I thought of this thing up yesterday night. (a sigh that I played too much Guild Wars)
Necromancer/Monk "the bomb setter"
Attributes:
16 death magic
rest on healing prayers.
Skills:
Death Nova
Putrid Explosion
Ressurect (I explain this later)
fill the rest with self heals.
Necromancer/Monk "the bombs"
Attributes
16 Blood magic
rest on healing prayer
Skills
Blood is Power
Ressurect
fill the rest with self heals and heal other skills to keep the setter alive.
How to use this team build:
1. Go to a are with a lot of fighting
2. The setter casts death nova on the 3 bombs.
3. The bombs go in and BiP to death, the death nova will go off and do about
300 damage+poison to all foes in that area.
4. Than the setter use 3 putrid explosion, that should kill every 1 in the area.
5. The setter immediatly rez the 3 bombs and repeat the process.

Seems like something like this would work better with a bunch of N/Rt. Give the bombs Cruel Was Daoshen so they do even more damage when they die and mass-rez with Lively Was Naomei.

That's a brilliant idea. Give them each both cruel and lively, and one of them uses lively each time while the others use cruel. Cruel does extra damage, and lively resses them all automatically after a couple sec of dying.

It would probably be a good idea to give the bombs high channeling and the rezzer high Restoration. You probably don't even need high blood on the BIP suiciders, BIP sacs the same amount regardless, unless you plan on running them blood spike otherwise or something, which may not be a bad idea.
Would running Touch of Agony/Wallow's Bite work too? Get you in touch range, cause health sac, and hurt them some more, although might cause crowds to scatter.

Just run Dark fury you don't need bip.
You can kill yourself in 4-5 castings while dishing out about 100 dmg per use to target and 45 dmg adjacent aoe.

Why use self-heals on the bombs? You can better focus on keeping the setter alive... if he dies you are quite game over....

Unless I am missing something....wouldn't you still need a sac skill?

I disagree with the dark fury idea. Mainly because with BiP, you can expect the setter to be indestructable with his energy regen and it only takes about 2-3 castings of BiP to make it work. (This counts damage from external sources, like AoE or spirit damage)
Here's an idea that i propose. All the bombs try to lower their health (as in with sup runes) to about 200-300, thus making them easy kills but they could survive a few. Bring touch of agony and wallow's bite, and include awaken the blood. (*note: This will work even without any points in blood) Cast the touches on the enemy to taunt them and draw them close, keep casting the touches till they die, explode, and explode again.
This is the first round, nothing special, i know but here comes the fun. Everyone bring unyielding aura as their elite. This has to be done in PERFECT order. The setter casts unyielding aura on the nearest bomb, the rezzed bomb casts unyielding aura on the next bomb, and the rezzed bomb 2 casts unyielding aura on the last bomb. Now do all the nifty bomb preparations (as in casting death nova) again, run into a gigantic mob (usually somewhere near the stands), and the setter releases the unyielding aura encantment, causing the first bomb to die, which also causes the second bomb to die, which also causes the third bomb to die. Voila! With the right timing on Vent or TS, this could really be useful in bringing down a gigantic mob.

OOPS I forgot some thing, when the bombs are using bip, always cast it on the setter. And school is kicking my @ss right now, didn't get a chance to test. Perhaps this weekend I will be on.

Unyielding Aura has 50% failure with divine favor 4 or less. If you want /Mo in something like this, just pack Vengeance and Contemplation of Purity, so the bombs just push the CoP button and insta-die.

if they use cop they also lose death nova, kinda defeats the whole purpose of dying

Then i guess we're looking at a monk primary setter? Or all monks? Because this unyielding aura idea looks awesome.

Yes, unyeilding aura is a good idea, but the damage from death nova and putrid explosion will go down a bit.

Perhaps a better idea than Unyielding after all: Death Pact Signet! Conveniently, it's on Ritualist, meaning you can still Daoshen bomb! And it's a no-attribute non-elite!

i like the idea. I also made the Sinful Bomber build, but this kicks my butt. Urs is for the giganto groups of enemies right? Well tis would have to be a luxon Special. This is a perfect anti-Kurz Mob. I like it. But use it sparingly. Once the enemy gets hold of the mass bomb builds they are gonna know what to watch for. SO I suggest making the 3 bombs N/A so they can use deaths charge to teleport into enemy ranks and do mass dmg.
anyway gl to ya
