I think it also depends on your own tactics.

If you run (like us) a hex-less team, its not wise to cast it back. it will probably fuel the enemy i-hexes. If this isnt the case some of the necro hexes are quite useful to cast back and to create some frustration and confusion...

"Where the hell is that life siphon coming from"

Pay attention on the strenght of the hex. Arcane Lanquor is useless to cast back, since its 1 sec duration if you dont have the attribute...so basically it MIGHT be useful, but its just not effective. Normally you dont have the energy for this kind of business. Also cast time should be taken in account. Deep Freeze is a long caster, which keeps you out of the game for some time

Still if you see the opening: just do it!

Eh, I don't think the question can be simply answered, it's situational.

Though this doesn't apply to GvG, I love using inspired hex on life transfer from the zaishen to do some extra damage.

I inspired Thunderclap once, and I have a Shocking Axe just for a useless haft mod, and I put it on an assasin and knocked him down like twice XD.

Just thought I'd point out, Stepn Vapor Rub from Te iEnchanted ether prod and used it during the semi-finals and other hillariously random skills....

There is no answer to this question... it all depends on what is going on at the time... though when I monk I almost always try to cast Spirit Of Failure everytime I iHex it.

Ether Prodigy will just about give you a net gain at no spec with a 20% enchanting set. Not that I honestly think he did it seriously.

Inspiring and using junk is always fun in boring games, and in tougher games where you can inspire a MoR it's gold.

Other than spirit of failure and maybe price fo failure, shadow of fear is also rather nice to throw back, seeing as it lasts an alright amount of time even at 0 spec in curses.

Deep freeze always is funny to use but i generally only use it when the other team have been beaten at the flag and are falling back or i am full and have edrain to use afterwards.

Sometimes, when monking for spike teams, I like to use inspired hex to pull migraine and then cast it on the opposing monk so that he uses a two second inspired hex to pull it off of himself, and in the process, misses a spike heal. JR, what are your thoughts on this innovative and complex strategy?
