New Build (Balanced).. thoughts/guidance?
We first started with a simple Thumperway (2 chargers, 2 backbreakers, 2 boon prots, 1 runner, 1 taint necro). Even though we have only been playing for a lil under 2 months now... we've kinda, eventually, got to this as our current build:

Any insight/help/modifications that anyone thinks should be done to the build? Since our skill level overall is pretty much below average... just trying to make certain adjustments. Is the mesmer good enough to solo gank? What is the best gameplan to kill called targets using the proposed build? Any help to the newbie-yet-willing-to-learn guild would be much appreciated!

the warriors need frenzy. without it, their damage will come so slowly that most decent monks will just laugh at them.
using a mesmer to solo gank is an interesting concept. usually mesmers are used at the flagstand, where they will achieve their maximum effect. it will work as a solo ganker in that it will probably take two people to take him out (if played well), but i think mesmers are better off fighting at the flagstand.
your necro might need some additional work. corpse explosion without using thumpers seem to be a waste. the only ways to get enough corpses are 1) you're beating the living daylights out of your opponents, where it won't matter much anyways, or 2) you're getting your daylights beaten out of you, where it won't do much good also. change fetid ground for rotting flesh, and maybe change bitter chill and corpse explosion for animate bone minions and death nova. minion bombing can be great fun if done right.
it's a pretty good start, but you have to brush up a little on the details.

Frenzy.
Also if you're planning on making your mesmer gank then you don't want your res on that character
I would personally suggest Signet of Devotion on both monks as it helps alot with energy management, also switch protective spirit on one of the monks for spirit bond to avoid doubling up...

Drop heal sig on both your wars, and add in frenzy. If you have a monk, no need for heal sig tbh. Unless of course you plan on usign them to gank...which you aren't.
As somebody said, drop the rez on your ganker. Either another degen, or maybe something for some self heal. Sorry didnt have time to look at mes too much, at school hehe

Drop heavy blow on your hammer warrior and replace it with fierce blow.
On the second boon replace prot spirit with spirit bond.
If your mesmer if ganking, why does he have the only hard rez?
Disease realy needs to work in a condition heavy build to be effective, else its just giving their emo to just extinguish/Heal party.

I'd suggest dropping Aegis and res sig on your flagger and add in glyph of sacrifice+res chant.(I'm a huge fan of this)
The attribuetes on your hammer war should be 16 hammer 13 strength. frenzy for healsig. the 100 armor set will be quite enough defense.
The shock war should be something like 16 axe, 11 tactics and 7 strength (leftovers in air), with frenzy instead of prot strike. Prot strike+bull's strike is not that useful imo. also, if you're planning on ganking with the mesmer are you sure Edrain is the best elite for it? I think crippling anguish is better. I'd also switch out Phantom Pain for Accumilated pain because you're gonna get the 2 hexes anyway. Especially if you are going to take CA as elite, because then the extra -3 won't have any effect but the 32 dmg will.
About your boon prots, change one of them to Blight.
