I have recently noticed a very steep drop in the population of the american district(s) in HA. It makes me very sad to see that so many of my countrymen are abandoning their own districts to go find a group. It almost seems like america is losing interest in pvp entirely, but I know that isn't true. If any of you are like me and find yourselves in the international districts looking for a group, encourage the americans you encounter to come back to their home districts.

I actually like ID Districts for HA over American. Most people go to ID, and thus makes it easier to find a group. However, sometimes I join European groups without noticing.

that's exactly what keeps happening to me. I want to fight for my country, not europe.

Well I remember back in the day you couldn’t get in to American districts 1, 2, or 3 they where always full. But then came IWAY

then I think that’s when the decrease of people in the American districts started .

When I join HA AD1 after logging into a PvP char and the first blind invite is from a character with the "Tyrian Grandmaster Cartographer" title is the leader, I simply swap districts.

Plus all the "good" players go to the International districts IMO, and it's been this way for awhile.

If you really want to fight for America, just go join an AMerican guild and group with them - or start the group yourself.

AD1 and ED1 are empty, on the european servers there are about 2-3 german and french and spanish HA dis but usually only one ED district its purely because americans and english can speak same language which means that they all ball in ID districts instead... which is also good because the more people to play with the merryier.

If you are in HA for getting favor, you are either in [Pi] or you do not belong in pvp.

No, it's not, but with America not winning, it restricts our access to fow and uw. It seems the only time we have favor anymore is late at night. What happened to having favor pretty much all the time? This totally sucks.

I've tried sometimes because I was in need of ekots :@ Never won more than 3 in a row under my name with this purpose in mind, unfortunately.

I led a pug last night and won favor for america and im European honestly... i dont care

I don't like the American districts due to the annoying nooobs and blind invites. I rarely ever PUG though, so I could care less where my group forms.

Also, we win favor for Korea.

IMO, the only time i have fun in halls anymore, is when we dont feel like gvgin, so we grab 3 monks and 5 players and go. Who cares about favor, who cares about halls just get in there and fight, sometimes u get rolled, sometimes you roll people and the best part is, when u get rolled nobody gets pissed because nobody cares, and u cant blame the build because there is no build. Who cares about favor anyway? UW and FoW are for pve players not pvp...

IWAY came. That's what happened. Europians are the ones trying to make new builds and be original. Americans (in my opinion) care only about fame and exploits bring fame,but not holding.

IWAY and VIM did play a large part in America not having favor, but I don't really see Europeans as being that much more creative since all they seem to run are dual Migraine/SS hex builds. The lack of American favor has more to do with Americans playing in the International districts than anything else.

HA Ad1 has been dead for a longgg time, don't know where you've been...

Actually when IWAY came in, american districts boomed even more than usuall. They continued to boom untill after one of the IWAY nerfs, the oov not stacking nerf, if I recall correctly. Then for some reason, all the Americans, even the IWAYers, went to ID.

Anyways, you also have to take into consideration that the amount of people that play HA still is MUCH MUCH lower than that of say, in the first five or six months of GWs release. With the reduced amount of HAers, having them split up into territories makes it even harder to find a group. So instead, everyone goes to ID nowadays to make it easier to find a group. Lets see, everyone who is LFG in one district (ID1), or everyone who is LFG split up into multiple districts in multiple territories. Which will be make it easier, faster and more convient to find a group? The first option obviously...

These are the builds played by Germans mostly,some French people too. Every country in Europe has it's own style,while America (one country as a territory) is playing less builds. Before OoA came Germans were known by bonders,etc. When you see Romanian you can be pretty sure it's some kind of IWAY/VIMWAY team. Of course that there will always be copycats. If a german guild makes a good build it's most likely that all Germans will play that build tomorrow,but they will improve it and even try to counter it. That's the difference between Europe and America. Americans play those builds and Europians counter them. I'm not saying all Americans are like that,but for America's size I would say that only 10-15% are actually trying to be original.
