Some Descripton
P/W Uses bladeturn on both the monks, and watch yourself every time its ready (renews teams echos and gives hime silly energy Regen)
P/E Use gale when the team spikes to KD the monks (Use lightning then awe), anthem of guidance is used before the spike, use an air offhand
P/R use apply poison for additional degen, spreading it over the team
Split would be
Para 4+3 + Boon + Flagger defend
The Rest (1,4,5 Blight) Attack
its just a first draft, 3 of the paragons dont even have elites yet
But the concept is, degen condition pressure, plus the raw DPS of 5 spear chuckers, and a spike to put even more pressure on the monks
Edit: Put elite on the Paragons, still needs work
i think the build needs some enchant removal, prehaps i could make the Flagger a N/A and put OoA on him, IIRC OoA removes Boon without triggering it, meaning saving a spike would become a royal pain

IMO you're going to need a way of causing Deep Wound for the spike part, or even the raw damage part to work. Also, how many times do you need to cause bleeding? Surely one or two is enough..

"Find Their Weakness!"
For 5...17 seconds, the next time target ally criticals, that ally also inflicts a Deep Wound for 5...17 seconds.

If you really want to use "find their weakness"/"go for the eyes combo", what about using barrage rangers with go for the eyes (instant recharge with barrage), find their weakness and dualshot/savage shot for a spike? Add order of pain to spike, some echoes for healing or energy (finale of restoration and/or energizing finale) and maybe crippling anthem.
The main advantage of that build is that you can cause huge aoe pressure. "Find their weakness" should be able to spread deep wound faster than their monks/flashbots can remove, making it a lot easier to spike...

if we have one or two, the other team can remove the conditions easly, with several redundant copies, bleeding can be kept on them, increasing the pressure
its like running hex pressure, you run more hex's than you need, because many will be removed
Deep wound is put on by find theyre weakness, And Cruel Spear
Barrage i'm not so keen on, Once the team sees barrage, they'll just spread out, making it useless, and with an attack rate of just over 1s IAS , spears charge adrenaline almost as fast anyways, a ranger doesnt have as much raw DPS pressure
orders could only be put on the Flagger, prehaps a N/A could work , but it weakens the defense
