HoH Altar capping Bug
Hello guys. Well recently if people who do ha havent noticed. im about 99%
sure when your in the Hall of Heroes and teams who bring the shout "Fear me" and spam in on the altar the ghost doesnt "even" attempt to cap he just stands there and does nothing at all. This may sound obsurd but alot of well respected people which i now disrespect for doing this are abusing the bug by bringing in like 3 warriors who all carry "Fear Me".
If you also faced this problem pls post here because im really desperate for A-net to fix this really screwed up Bug.

So the ghost is vulnerable to energy denial as well as interrupts? Not 100% sure that's a bug, but it might screw up gameplay in HoH nonetheless.

well claim resource doesnt require energy but the stupid ghost didnt do jack when 3 warriors spam fear me constantly, its worse then seeking arrows ranger, and yes its a massive screw up when ur ghost cant cap for 2 minutes and doesnt even try to cap

So who thinks this will get changed? I can see everybody start to complain and whine and anet doing something about it. Even though it's just smart play, I'm sure it'll get changed.

Why would it get changed ? At the moment, you pretty much HAVE to bring 2 Seeking Arrows rangers if you want to prevent 2 teams from capping.
How could it be bad for the game if there's actually more options ?

well i just learnt something new that the ghost needs 5 energy to cap and for all people i said abused it my bad its just part of the game. I still think it needs a nerf purely because i can now see vims/iways carrying it and most teams dont even run bips.

Er. First off, seeking arrows is alot more potent way of stopping capping. Second, it's not a bug as people have said. Claim resource takes 5 energy and the Ghostly seems to have HUGE energy regen. Asking for a nerf just because VIMS/IWAY carry it? LOL.
BTW. My group was the one that runs the 4 W/R fear me with famine. We can easily modify our setup to a "balanced" style with frenzy "shock style" wars if we wanted to, does this mean we should nerf balanced groups too? Also, don't worry about VIM/IWAY teams running it too much, the few times we had to take PUGS in, that build failed miserably. Hell, 90% of the IWAYers we took in were confused as hell when you ask them to bring fear me, they give you a blank stare look. You need competent people who understand the build design as well as positioning to even come close to running it efficiently, and if the build becomes popular, you're far more likely to see it ran in balanced teams than IWAY anyways.
The build was designed with the help of my group in anticipation of "song of concentration" capping at the altar and in response to the TF,evis, EOE, extinguish nerf that IWAY has been HIT with the last month. It'd be nice if people stop whining about IWAY everytime they lose to it seriously, it's just any like any other build. You don't see me whining about OPGaze spike (which is running rampant from the extinguish nerf) or your melandrus + cripshot heavy condition builds.
