This is a heavy degen build i created using GWFreaks. The idea i had with this build was to cast as many hexes on the target foe then using one of the assassin to throw shroud of silence in there to stop any heal, the other assassin would then target another character to cast shroud of silence to stop any help coming from either a second monk or a hex remover. Hope the format is ok and any help would be helpfull, thx.

Hm, I see no energy management on your mesmer and an e/mo without ether prodigy. While I'm all for ingenuity, some things are just tried and true beyond any reason to avoid. I'd suggest setting aside some time to seriously evaluate the builds of top-ten teams in observer mode, and see how they run those builds effectively. Try to see how the characters play more than just one role. Then, edit your build accordingly.

Thanks for your comments, kind of constructive, but i was trying to get away from copying the top ten to much and look for something different, however your point taken with the mesmer, ill think ill change the necro/mes and mes/necro so one has blood rit, the person with the br will have inspired hex/ reveiled hex and will be able to give energy to the other. The ele again point taken but the idea of a flag runner not been able to take or give dam sounded like a good idea to me, but hey.

You wanted constructive criticism so here goes. There's a lot to do here, but here's a quick and dirty start:
Please just list attributes+skills and possibly equipment if it's important. Don't list skill descriptions as it just makes it harder to read.

You have a "Silencing Assassin" listed with no skills.

You have no warriors which means you won't be able to push into the other team much before your 'sins start to feel the heat and have to withdraw. Your 'sins are your front line but they have no defensive skills at all.

If you want to spread poison/bleed, a ranger can do it better than an assassin.

Your degen mesmer has no energy management at all with some significanly expensive skills. Epidemic is really hard to get your milage out of since foes are rarely adjacent. Life Transfer is too short with too long of a recharge to really warrant an elite slot.

Your E/Mo runner also has no energy management and Mist Form doesn't prevent you from getting crip-shotted.

Your removal mesmer is pretty much messed up. He's spec'd in Domination with no Dom skills. He's got all back-line skills so he might as well be a monk. Hex eater signet has a prohibitive recharge. You've got 3 other characters using hex removal for energy management so any hex's removed by this guy will hurt your team's energy... he needs a new build altogether. With 2 dedicated monks and a heal party E/Mo, you don't really need another monk. You might not need another half monk.

Your degen necro is the only party member at the flagstand who has an anti-attack skill. Wither is easily defeated by focus swapping.

You have 2 boon prots which will overlap enchants more than 1 boon prot and 1 b-light.

You've got almost no way to shut down attackers and now way to shut down casters.

Here's some quick suggestions:
Dump at least one of the 'Sins for a warrior for deep wound+pressure. Change the flagger to a cripshotter and replace the removal mesmer with a melandru's arrows interrupter. Put some e-management on your mes and probably some warrior hate. Drop Wither on your Necro for anything else. Use e-Drain for your energy mangement skill on your boon prot. Replace the other boon prot for a b-light.

I'm getting tired of this so I'm going to stop tying now.

Bugeater, thanks for the advice, very helpfull and just what i was looking for. I only posted the skill descriptions in coz i was told to use gfreaks so ill no not to put em in next time. As far the the second assassin not having skill lists, its because hes the same as the other assassin. Realised my mistake with the mesmer not having decent energy management and the reason he had domination was simply to gain extra energy from a weapon as you cant get em in his other attributes, anyway will be correcting tonight. One question tought, if i got rid of my flagger, who would flag run?

Think im off back to the drawing board here, anymore advice is more than welcome

Two Assassins are not substitute to Warriors. Run two Sword Warriors if you want. On the Me/N, ditch the Blood skills and just have him as Illusion, Inspiration and Fast Casting. And Epidemic is bad, dtich that too. I personally would either have him with Energy Drain as his Elite, or Expel Hexes (for keeping your teammates clean) and have him with Spirit of Failure and Drain Enchantment, and maybe even Power Drain if you're still worried about E-Management, though SoF and Drain should be enough.

On the Runner drop Res Sig for Healing Breeze, Mist Form for Ether Prodigy and I'd suggest dropping Ice Spear too, for Extinguish. A bit generic, but it IS a very good build. Ether Prod is too good to pass up on an Elementalist. And I'd drop something else for Deep Freeze too.

The 'Removal Mesmer' is totally worthless, as said by above posters. Get him back into Illusions skills with either Expel if you haven't taken it, and Draw Conditions, and Migraine as the Elite. I'm thinking along the lines of this (if you've already taken Expel):

Conjure Phantasm (if you want)
Hard Res (Ressurection Chant)

Anyway, if you want better splitting power, or a gank Mesmer, you could sub in Crippling Anguish as the Elite, and some other skills for the Monk skills. But I can't be bothered explaining that.

The last Necromancer should drop Wither, as it's too fragile. Soul Barbs is useless; you're not SB spiking. Hell, if you want you could put in a Tainted/Rotting Flesh Necro to add to the degen if you want.

For Degen, I'd suggest subbing in someone for a Cripshot/Melandru's Arrows Ranger. Or both.
