Out of that list I'd have to say WM.
In June '05 I was in a Korean guild that received regular training from WM and the members were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. It was almost unbelievable how nice they were and that they spent so much time helping others, specifically a newbie Korean guild. Even now I root for them and enjoy watching them play.
Plus I saw pictures of them on the Korean GW site... they have some awesome outfits to wear when they play competitively!

Evil because their team can play very well especially on spikes, no spamming interupt or protector strike like US guilds. What happened to them anyway? I heard they disbanned

If we are talking about best guilds in History of GW, it is hard to not to mention Korean Guild Team Union
Nowdays they are not that great, but long ago when they dominated game with EVIL, VIKI and original Valandor
If anyone knows what happened to them I would like to know. As far as I remember they were most overpowered guild in guildwars history when talking about GvG.

Someone in my guild said one of their members had to go into military service, and they decided to disband.

I think it was three of them that had to go into military service. The guild is not disbanded, simply sitting inactive with all of the members still in it.

Such is life. Many great players has left the game cause of real life issues. When choosing between real life and GW, all of us will choose for real life. GW is in the end just a game to have fun as long as it lasts.

Great thread idea. Since I have some spare time, I'll do this delicately.
IMO:
Top 2 Asian guilds
1) War Machine. To have been not only around but as competitive as they are for pretty much the duration of Guild Wars is a statement in itself. It speaks to character, to pride, and to loyalty.
2)The Last Pride. For about a year's time, they were the shoe-in for any tournament and a favorite to win those tournaments. They managed to keep a solid crew of 8 players who were some of the best in their respective positions.
Top 3 European Guilds:
1) Irresistible Blokes. I'm an iB fanboi, but that aside, this Scandanavian powerhouse held a top 5 position (in some cases, #1 spot) in the ladder for several seasons at the time when guilds like EvIL and EW were in their prime, not to mention American powerhouses like iGi, KGYU, etc. The Flyy and Jeppe warrior tandum was, IMHO, the best in the game.
2) Esoteric Warriors. Respect has to be given to a group who can make a difference in any given tournament, has the ability to play a wide assortment of builds with expertise, and has the best adrenal spike in the game. Their mesmer cooperation is also something to admire.
3) The Valandor. As I recall from my days as a noob, these guys were at one time the European meta. Their inginuity and knowledge of the game helped shape the balanced build to what it is today.
Top 3 American Guilds:
1) Idiot Savants. Season after season, iQ comes to play with their new efficient spins on multiple builds, holding the metagame of the balanced build in their hands. They are the scholars of American GvG strategy. Their story is pretty much the story of competitive Guild Wars; and they've recently showed their evolving expertise in the GWFC.
2) Treacherous Empire. Pretty much the chief rival of iQ, Te really brings an American attitude to competitive play. That is, ruthless methods of attack and a confidence that is reflected in their dominance. They're due to make a solid run at a gold trimmed cape.
3) Illicit Awakening. Even though their interest is primarily in HA, they are the best HA guild ever created. For quite a while, it was pretty much assumed that if iA was in halls, they were going to win and hold. It used to be, before factions arrived, that they would hold halls for hours at a time. No guild I can recall has ever been so dominant in any sphere of competitive play (Well, after the time of release, after the metagame had some structure).
I could never pick one guild to be the end-all best, though.

QQ might be number 4 on my list, and it is just my opinion - I didnt analyze any formulas to come to my decision. iA is just a force in halls; playing them is almost a guaranteed loss due to their experience and efficiency. I can't say the same for QQ and their GvG play as it applies to other top GvG teams. (Maybe its just that GvG is a higher tier of competition, though.)
