Now, with the 6v6 HA, i dont even think channeling is that usefull anymore.
I've always hated the idea of having to run into the frontline, just to get in the range of a few enemys to trigger off that +2 energy channeling.
With the 6v6 now, i just run drain enchantment instead, better imo.

yeah i prefer that also..or if someone puts up channeling u can use inspired enchant and then slap channeling on yourself LOL i dunno thats gay haha
altho channeling still Works in 6v6, i use channeling on the b light setup i play

In 6v6 ( although we rarely plays it, cause its simply sucks to fight all this henchway ), I'm running only signet of devotion as energy management on my modded RC Mo/A. I rarely have energy problems, unless facing a really heavy pressure.. But in situations like this, offensive part of the teams starts playing defensively ( kd on wars, interrupts on offensive casters instead of monks etc ).
Great energy management is also well placed Prot Spirit or Spirit Bond....

With the builds being played in HA power drain is useless unless for some reason you get energy when you power drain a trap or a warriors eviscerate which is hax. Channeling all the way often enough as a monk you dont have enough time to pick out a long cast spell to interupt for your boost of energy. With channeling so long as someone is in my radar bubble i get energy which works wonders vs IWAY being that there was 4 warriors and 4 pets which means you can net +3 energy every cast so long as you casted 5 energy spells.

PDrain is useless with the builds being run? Uh, almost every build has a monk in it, and GoH, orison, or RC aren't that hard to pdrain. The range of channeling is smaller than the aggro bubble, btw.

Channeling = Jesus on a stick.
Before HoH died, I found it fun to slap HH on myself and tank ViM while spamming free heal parties.

Someone tell HA teams to bring targeted enchant removal IMO. I nominate myself.

I would like to formaly ask every one who does not play a monk in HA, and every monk who does not make it pass underworld not to give advice to people on this thread. There is no doubt that Channeling is to be used in HA as many people who know what they are talking about explained already. There is no choosing between Pdrain and channeling, every monk who wishes to play serious HA will have channeling in his bar.
