Ok, sorry for hi-jacking the whole page. I'm noticing that alot of people that likes the 6v6 FEW WEEKS AGO are from unknown guilds at least in the hoh scene. Those people who are in well known hoh guilds are opposing it. Is the hoh population at an all time low right now? well, maybe people were just playing boardwalk last weekend? I hope the hoh will not die out. It's really fun. I don't care they change back to 8v8 or not, but ANET, if you're listening, please do something to make hoh more enjoyable.

I have to say...
DUH.
I could tell this pretty clearly when the change was initially implimented - a lot of people in Riverside go "yay 6v6 now I can get my bambi" while majority in PvP forums doesn't like it.

Broken Tower sucks now. It has nothing to do with skill, it has everything to do with politics. The only straight 1v1 fighting map is Underworld?! That's pretty shitty. So now we have:
1v1
1v1v1 altar, hope you have friends
1v1, 1v1 scarred earth, usually becomes a 2v1 if your team doesnt win first
1v1 relic run, harder to body block now
1v1v1 altar map, more politics
1v1, another relic run
1v1v1, another altar map. (Halls)
So... three 1v1v1 altar maps, two relic runs, one hope-you-win-first race, and one 1v1.
What a bummer
If I forgot one, it's because I haven't seen it in forever...

u forgot dark chambers.
whats wrong with broken tower? its more run now. it was always the same; windborne, sprint, shock, block....
its more difficult to make fame now. maps are ok (i hope burial coming back), but 6vs6 suck.

If u want to kill things then maybe go TA or AB, although i do admit both are pretty lame. I dont see what's wrong with interrupting fest, after all that is all HA is about LOL. When hoh is an altar map, it just tell u HA is altar oriented (especially after the "exciting" map change). I personally find this interrupting business fun. It is exciting with the little time that's given but u know(well i think) with the right decision u can win it. I dont really believe it's politics, it's about making the right decision of cap 1st/cap late, hold/recap, body block ghost/no block, letting which team cap, and the right answer changes with different build u use and u face, also the action of the other 2 teams. I think it's fun ^^!

It may be an interrupt fest if all three teams go for the altar, but if I'm leading a group, I'll usually get "Let's gank blue" PMs, or if the two other teams have people that know each other, they'll gank us.
Now that I've played a while in the new HA, with all the changes, I've gotta say that I don't think ANY of the changes Anet made were good changes. Period.

If you dont have anything relevant to say, why dont you STFU. I've never seen you in HA anyway.
Truth be told, like I wrote in my previous post, even those who were curious at the begining and open to the change, now see that it was one big failure. (welcome to the dark side Sol ). I doubt they will change it back, because they are too stubborn to correct their mistakes. But current, empty HA is nothing yet.... Wait till they will release nightfall, and all the "newcomers" will go play the new pve campaign. I guess they could remove the game mode at all then, no one will be playing it.
Right now - half-empty place full of noobs, scrubs and 3 overplayed builds
Tomorrow - empty place.

I dont play HA much but as a casual HAer I already noticed the decreasing interest in HA and when I do get a group together we get crazy skips. Last night we did UW, Broken Tower, Courtyard. Lost on Courtyard.
The change on Scarred earth appears to have made people VERY angry in game. Our group faced a henchway there and easily dispatched them in about 1 min. Then we rushed to join in a 1v1v1 only to find out that when we entered both teams stoped fighting each other to go gank the team trying to take advantage of the new mechanic. They pushed us out, and all 3 teams ended up having a big long chat about who was goign to fight whom. I finally convinced my team to just resign this BS and go again. Completely boring to argue about how the battle is going to go, and if you dont play "Fair" then you get ganked with no mercy. (It was quite humorous, although completely unfun)
Its just that sad that I would rather resign on Scarred Earth than play it anymore. And we could get more wins in without wasting our time there. Its just an absolute shame.

I like the possibility to gank in Scarred Earth, it's just so much fun to just go in and kill. Didn't lose Scarred because of ganks yet so...
p.s. No I'm not sarcastic, I'm being serious.
