The way it works is for the Ether Dagger elementalists put on Kinetic Armor, Armor Of Earth, Earth Attunement and Aura Of Restoration. Continuously use stone daggers on the enemy to gain health, renew Kinetic Armor, and do damage. When you use Ether Renewal, recast and recast stone daggers, gaining an incredible amount of health and energy. All the Boon Prot monk has to do is cast Divine Boon on themself, then use the protective enchantments on their allies. Use Mantra Of Recall to gain energy. If everyone targets one opponent and uses Earth Daggers on them at the same time, the opponent will die quickly, and everyone will gain tons of health.

Someone doesn't like melee. Infact they hate it, 5 times over.

Taking into account most enemies will have over 500 health, there is no way you can spike with this. Also if you're not stupid you can strafe or hide from Stone Daggers.

Stone Daggers is crappy damage, certainly not a spike. With Armor of Earth you'll have no mobility. Your defense totally relies upon enchantments. It's a team of softies with a superior rune. The sole character build requires the spamming of one skill to work - diversion=screwed. Energy management is sub-par. There are 5 copies of the same ward. You have no interrupts and a whole bar full of easily interruptable skills. There's more things wrong with this build, but it's a little more than a couple of tweaks away from a good team so I'll just stop with what I have.
