I was hesitant to put the comment on blind because it is really build dependant and still isn't absolute. If you have an ele or mesmer with draw then it is not something to worry about, but say it is more a pressure build with 2 warriors 2 rangers 1 N/Mo taint. There are 4 targets to keep clean and the taint has crappy energy management. To expect more than about 4 draws per minute will significantly hinder their other functions. The easiest way is to put condition removal on the warriors, but I have known warriors to opt on sacrificing that in favor of a shock or what not. In that type of situation, I consider the option of 40% reduction on a short term condition worth it. I would rather save those draws for the occasional adren spike, when a pressure target is low on health, or when a ranger needs to make an interrupt. Similar situations arise when your draw is on a SoH or Air smiter which have tight energy management.

Quick Question:
If you have the 20% Blind Reduction and a teammate doesn't, if someone uses Martyr, which blind does the Martyr take?

I guess with the addition of all these situational runes, I can understand why they won't allow armor swapping anymore.
Vitale is sweet, and attunement is nice.

I assume it takes the longest remaining duration of all the blinds, unless it's bugged.

I'm sitting on 635. It's awesome, I remember when I started out and had 485.

I was under the impression that the runes did not add up like this when they stack. Instead one rune would take 20% off the duration and the the seond rune would take it's 20% of the remaining time. This results in 36% reduction (100 - 20 = 80, 80 - 16 = 64, 100 - 64 = 36) Not a huge difference but it could be important.
I look at the runes this way now. Every rune you put into your armor now has a hidden -10hp penilty. This is because you are not taking the +10 hp rune instead. I feel the condition reduction tends to not be worth it for all the reasons posted. However, I would expect Anet to keep track of these upgrades and balance them again (much like the extra damage when XXX additions to weapons were changed). I am not sure when this will happen as it took quite a while for the weapon changes to come into play but I will be disappointed if it doesn't.
