I remember watching a video of some higher level GvG with the teams commenting over the top. I was wondering if there are any others around that anyone could point me towards. Thanks!

Yes Im well aware of observer mode. The key point im looking for was the commentary by the teams on decisions they made and how they played the game.

This seems as good a place as any to announce that I hope to be doing a video match report project here over the next few weeks.

With GWversus dying the good competitive videos and commentary have dried up recently. I'm planning to do videos of good matches we have and post commentary, along with our vent during the match if at all possible. I've talked to people in other guilds and they've said they wouldn't mind contributing their own videos to the project.

Whether it will all materialize remains to be seen, but it's something I'm hoping to do.

Posting the vent during the match would possibly be the greatest idea anyone has ever had.

I would love to hear other people's vents! Especially if they get all crazy and rage at each other when things don't go as well. That would make me so happy! Screw learning; I want E-Drama.

well, our's consist of mostly our tactics guy telling me to shut up, so it's not really that much different.

if all else fails, it should serve as pretty good entertainment. observing matches without hearing what is going on can get pretty dull.

when I tried doing that a while back, it recorded everything but my own voice, and changeing the setting on my audio card would interfere with the vent chatter as we played. I'm thinking the way to go will be to have someone who isn't playing record it, and then merge the audio and video.
