New Dervish spike i been thinkin bout
ok i been thinkin bout this and i bet loadsa people just guna flame me for spam but i thort it was a good idea...
ok 4 dervishes each carries chilling victory and vital boon
then a monk using vital blessing casts it on all dervishes thats no energy regen... so maybe just use him for low cost spamming of prot skills and use mantra of recall or some thing
anyways the other monk is just whatever seems best for mass healing.
so anyways back to the dervishes they all on high hp now so lets say there D/A using deaths charge then spike with chilling victory (deal X ammount of dammage + X ammount of damage if your hp is higher than target foe) i think its roughly 120 dmg from each dervish that way i think... prob sucks ass but oh well i dno what you guys think maybe its too low damage for a spike im just not much of a PvP player but this had been running thru my head for a while....
tell me what you think..
and if it does work please post back info on how you did lol

I think the damage output for the spikes a little low....
What would your fianl player be? A Paragon support or something? Or maybe another spike dervish
EDIT: I didnt read properly, I think you dont really need the other monk just make the +hp monk bring heal/prot spells...

dervish mystic sandstorm (that right?) spikes work well...
stack enchantments that deal damage when removed.....
then you shadow step... use mystic sandstorm, 4 dervishes will kill anyone nearby when enchantments are released, the sandstorm does damage for each ench removed and then various enchantments deal damage on their own. try it.

not enough of a spike I think and the whole thing would be screwed over buy a single air spiker blinding the dervs. not enough thought into it. might be a good individual build but its not enough for a team build I think.
glk with it though

Yes you do actually. It's not like if you're good at spiking you can survive with 1 monk.

If you didn't mention an elite, Vow of Silence would be a good one to use. It prevents you from casting spells, but you can't be targeted by them. Have your dervishes put that up after their enchants, go in, drop vow of silence, then mystic sandstorm for the spike.
I was trying to think of a build to make the other team totally unable to attack my team, but the closest I could figure was to have a 6 D/Mo team, all with vow of silence and pacifism. Pacifism on the melee, vow to keep the casters off. It wouldn't do much good in HA unless you could do something to protect your ghostly hero though.

its sounds so stupid that it could actually work ;-). Just try it out in HA. Whats the worst thing that can happen, u lose in UW from a hero party?
Let us know how it went if u actually tested the build

Two very common counters, I don't think this will work, I may be wrong..

This spike would be extremely easy to prot against (assuming you had a real prot monk, and not Dunkoro). It would be like protting against the old adrenaline spikes, only with 4 people running at the target instead of 1 or 2. Cake.

Heh ya four targets running at one of your teammates is just a little to obvious. Reminds me of last night with our smurf guild. Had a team with 7 iway warriors and a tainter. Funny as hell watching them all run at the same target they actually killed me once when I was laughing so hard and not kiting. They also catapulted their teammates....hahahaha
