Pressure/Holding
http://gwshack.us/ed8f5
It has enough pressure, although defeating the other team doesn't kill as fast as a SF team or anything of course. Right now I'm worried about the RaO Thumper because of the nerf on the skill and was wondering if I should change it for a Dev hammer war?
Anyways post any comments, and you don't have to read the ==Tips== section but if you can't find a reason I have a skill or something please check there before posting something.

Interrupts>Blessed Signet and Enchant Removal>Balthazar's Spirit. How are you going to get your energy now?? And WHY are you taking Practiced Stance if your only preperation is one that lasts 24 seconds and has a 12 sec recharge???? PS is used to make preps like CG and Seeking last permently.
EDIT: I also don't see how Winter makes the eles do less dmg...

Interrupts>spells, so that means you shouldnt take any spells into HA? enchant removal>enchantments, so dont use enchantments either, infact diversion>all skills so why bring anything on your skillbar, empathy>attacking so lose the weapons, best just not entering HA imo.
Barbed arrows with poison arrow would be better degen than just practised on apply, but your still gonna have a problem beating the fotm which is the downfall of most builds atm.
Also, i think winter is there to help against teams that have mantra of flame on their monks.

No, it means you should reconsider taking a signet with a 2 sec activation time that you're going to be casting 25% of the time, and it means that once they find out that you're a bonder (which is remarkably quick when their attacks suddenly do 10 dmg and they see someone casting blessed signet 2 out of every 8 seconds) they're going to remove your Balth Aura, and interrupt it when you try to recast it (yes, another 2 sec cast, and because of Blessed Signet the interrupter is now in your face). Less post bashing and more thinking plxkthxbye.

You can cover balth spirit easily, balth spirit keeps bonds up in battle so you dont NEED to spam blessed, but its good energy gain, the sig is easy to interrupt but you can put guardian on yourself or even call for a song, very few teams carry heavy enchant rape if any at all, grenth avatars are a problem but a good team can work around enchant removal, if you think everything with a cast time longer than 1 second is useless then you have issues.

The reason normally for taking practiced stance is for Seeking arrows. And seeing as you have neither Choking or Seeking on your bar, its not necessary.
Flurry is pretty useless unless you have something like CG or even RtW since Apply doesn't increase the damage per arrow, flurry is a bit of a waste.
The build is so VERY VERY light on hex removal, hexes you really need to remove are: Visions of Regret, Diversion, Vocal Minority, Spirit of Failure etc anti-adren hexes or anti-physical hexes. All of those hexes disable your main hex removal skill "Hexbreaker Aria".
Other than that you have 1 Inspired hex, for after the nerf, doesn't even serve as a good E-management skill anymore.
You have 1 condition remover and 1 non-E-managed Extinguish. If that 1 Dismiss gets distracted or diverted, ... you are finished.
The problem with this build is that you try to go for both a little bit of defence and a little bit of offence, which in the current metagame will get you decimated. Since its not nearly enough defence to withstand pressuring down an SF team. Also not enough punch to kill a holding team.
As mentioned before defensive hex teams will also have a field day. I think you'd better rethink this build sir.

Oh come on. Once someone calls on vent that they have a bonder (they WILL find out) it's a matter of seconds to find out which monk it is. When that happens, he's prime target. He'll be enchant-raped. Covering is possible, but people sometimes bring more than one enchant removal you know. Once you've lost your Balth Spirit, it's a simple matter of interrupting 2 sec casts. I never said you should not bring anything with a cast time over 2 seconds into HA. Learn to read kThx. Back to the bonder: PD goes the trick regerdless of guardian, and is still fairly common. I like the build, but you have to accept bonders aren't run anymore for a reason. Change the second monk to something else (and because you hardly have any enchants anymore change the 1st monk as well), get another elite on the ranger and you should be fine.
