Winterfest build, hooyah
It was quite a test to get around all the factions and prophecies skills, but I think I have designed at least a fathomable build here.
V 1.0 = http://gwshack.us/717f8
Remember, we can only use core and nightfall skills in the winterfest event. Any comments and concerns are highly appreciated.
Marks of interest:
-Monks, duh. Having boon equipped doesn't mean they always use it; it's nice to put up against team spikes, heavy one-target pressure, etc. They were the hard part...
-Two paragons..enough damage? "Incoming!" needed?
-Hex removal, kinda weak. Divert is vulnerable to diversion, signet of humility, etc.
-Flag runner, adequate?
**EDIT: Just realized that spirit bond and inspired enchantment are not core skills... edited.

It looks solid vs other no tyrian/fractions(thats how i spell it) skill builds. I dont know what to say no one is gonna test this in high level pvp.

Seems nice. However, it seems that you might be better suited to just turning that warrior/dervish frontline into a standard eurospike frontline (or as close as you could get), considering that paragons and mesmer are already pretty much set up for spike.
Another thing.... no heal party? I would probably want to use an emo runner just because even a prism supported HP is better than nothing...

Why such an odd runner when the one everyone uses is virtually unaffected? Sure, you have to use Prism instead of Prodigy, but hey...

You can't use factions skills, and even if it was allowed, everyone else is running mending touch too ^^

I thought the same thing - I'm very much of the heal party school. But, with the two paragons, I already feel that this build is too defensive. With the illusion mesmer, there is skirmish ability as well as mild pressure ability, not to mention a suitable counter to the prevalence of YAA gankers. That said, I'm not too satisfied with it, but options are limited.

A good point - this build isn't too heavy on the pressure, so a spike mentality would probably be a good idea. I'll look into it, for sure.
