I need help!
I have been playing PvE for a year now. With nothing much to do after I beat nightfall I have found that my favorite part of Guildwars is running an alliance. I have 4 accounts with a guild on each. They are all under the same name and have the same cape. I have spent the last 4 months just trying to recruit pve players and found that they are very unreliable and always complain about not gvging but when someone trys to start one then they ignore the call. I just enjoy running the Teamspeak server and maintaining the roster and helping ppl accomplish their goals. Although I am an authority on PvE i haven't the slightest idea of pvp. Today i kicked out all the afking pvers and have decided to convert the entire infrastructure of my alliance to a pvp design.
My biggest problem is I don't know where to start. I need proffessionals who can organize the ppl i recruit. I would like to hire as many ppl as i can to come and spend some time in my guild and get it up to snuff.
I know this should be in the services thread but pls don't move it cause that place is filled with all PVEers. and this thread would get no attention in there.
If anyone can help me turn my guild into a top rated guild please message me In-game.

Ok, I'll give tackling this one a shot:
I'm not going to put personal effort into helping your guild, but I will give you some advice. To start, I am assuming you want a GvG guild also, everything else is lesser PvP TBH. Some good reading material;
Discussion on organizing a PvP guild
Playing to Win -Part 1
Guild Wars PvP is competitive gaming, if you find yourself disagreeing with the content in this article it's likley that you aren't cut out for PvP.
Now, what I'm going to discuss may be already covered in the above mentioned articles, but cope with it, as it's been a while since I've read them.
To start with, you say you manage 4 guilds currently. To be blunt, this doesn't fit in with what a PvP guild needs to accomplish. An optimal number of players for a serious PvP guild is about 12, and not much more than that. The way we run things in [NUKE], we do have a rather large roster, though many of these people are PvErs and don't participate in PvP with us. The reason for the small numbers is so that everyone has a reasonable level of experience, and everyone gets to play reasonably often.
This brings me to my next point. You cannot be afraid to exclude people if you are going to do this. Some players are better than others, and you don't want to have a bunch of people dragging the rest of the team down, or more importantly , not willing to put the effort in to become a better player. The people you want are those who both want to play this game competitivley, and are able to put the time into accomplishing that.
To elaborate on player attitude in a PvP guild, we need to look at what you accomplish in any PvP game. This is one of my favorate quotes~"My goal in Guild Wars is to become a better player than myself."-Wasteland Squidget. To be serious in a PvP game is all about self improvement. It's no easy task either. You're going to run into brick walls in your development as a player that you aren't sure how to get over at first. You'll get into internet arguements and experience some E drama. Is it worth it in the end? I think so, I wouldn't take it back if given the option. Bottom line; the road you look down is a rocky one, but the rewards are well worth it.
So, where does one get players to do this? Tough question, more so as I have no way to tell how good of a player you actualy are. The best advice I can give you is to try and find some like minded players as you, steal a build from a top rated team (this is important, if you aren't a top team, don't design builds!!!) and run that build into the freaking ground. Get people to play similar roles when ever you play (also very important, good players almost always specialize in 2 or so roles [not to be confused with classes]).
The next thing to cover is actualy pretty simple. Don't be afraid to ask for help. When you're climbing the lower ranks of the ladder (1000~300ish) most of the things you will need to work on is how to play as an individual. This is also goes with the point I mentioned of using another top guilds team build. The reason for this is simple. You have to blame yourself for your mistakes, it's not the build. This way you can look at your play and find out how to improve. Getting higher in ladder, ask some experienced players to guest for you and give you some advice on your play. This is also about the time that you want to focus more on teamwork rather than individual play. Another way to find ways to improve is to ask teams that beat you (this will happen) what you could do better.
Ok, I've given a look at what you're getting into. Offered some reading on competitive gaming. Talked about what I think your guilds mentality should be. And last, offered some tips on becoming a better player, the very essence of PvP.
If you (or anyone else) has any questions, ask.
