Get rid of that Holy Strike, and add Sprint/Dash/Rush and another attack - I'm thinking Irresistible.
BTW, Wither is trash.

I don't know is holy damage armour ignoring? Also 100 dmg for 5E is notto be sniffed at.
Ideally you want Rush and Irreistable blow in thewre. I would drop the heal sigs your W's will not be soloing - they are your SPIKE!
The ranger on the other hand COULD break off to gank therefore in would change the skills to include Screaming Shot, Mending Touch and Natural Stride in place of the last three slots. Screaming Shot is i guess optionaly but Bleeding + Poison kills archers alot quicker and is also handy at the stand.
You runner - SF is an amazing skill it helps with spikes - which is kinda what you are running - alot. Therefore i would move the SF guy to trhe flag stand team. Drop Aura and speed for liquid flame and Ressurection Chant - instant res is SO SO good i nthe flag stand team.
Now this begs the question what to drop for the runner. I guess there is two options but i would go with droppiung the Wither guy Divert HExes is very popular right now and you have nothing to shut it down. This will mean that the Wither guy will not actualyl DO alot vs most teams. This means you can drop him for a runner. Probably a standard Flash bot - between your R/Mo and and E/Mo you should be able to kill opposition runners.
One last thing add some monks to that build ASAP before JR closes it for not being complete (probably Divert Hexes and Light of Deliverance).
ps change the pro=10 to smi=10 on the Warriors and don't forget to add runes. Also make the Ham =14 not 13 tbh...

Yes, get rid of Holy Strike. The dmg/energy is not the problem, it's the attribute investment needed to make it viable. Mighty Blow would be much better in there. Also, you need a cancel for frenzy, so add in Sprint/Rush. I'd go with Rush because he's already energy-heavy.
Wither will get owned by focus swapping, just like malaise. Putrid and Wells is also not much good if you don't run pets.

For build inspiration I suggest you look around these forums, and on observer mode ingame. Cooking up something yourself can be fun, but is generally pretty counter productive unless you have the knowledge to pull it off.
