Funny, I tested both probably two weeks after Nightfall release and again about two weeks ago and both worked with Divine Favor afterwards. WoH was fixed so many months ago I have lost track. Please stop spreading bad information when you haven't tested it recently and others have.

I made 2 posts in one thread about it. Now that's hardly spreading any sort of information. Will test it right now.
Tested, you're right. ZB/LoD trigger before DF. All the better.

The PvP forums seem to have laxer (or better, depending on your point of view) moderation. For example people routinely call posts "retarded" while I was reprimanded for doing the same thing in another subforum.
*shrugs*. Personally I think it's fine. Most of us are adults, a little harsh language shouldn't hurt anyone except those who are looking to get offended in the first place.

If a post is retarded it will be called retarded. If the mods think that there is justification in the post being called retarded, they will let it be called retarded.
When it's a fact that something is retarded... then it's retarded. Being in denial of something isn't good.

Drop Return/DE. With 3 in Shadow they're pointless anywho.
Get Gift of Health on your bar, take divine down to 9+2, prot to 11+1+2, get healing to 8+1 and put the rest in tactics. Get a shield +one-handed +5e of fortitude weapon as your main set, same one-handed weapon+prot offhand as secondary (or when there aren't any melee chars on the opposing team), a -e set for e-denial, a dual +15/-1 wand/offhand set for really dire situations. Use Shield Bash + Deadly Riposte. Hitting shield bash when you see shadow prison on you screws over a sin for about 20 seconds. And use riposte at will, when energy permits, against any kind of melee. You can also use it in SB's stead, if SB is recharging. That build pwns in ra, too many Shadow Prison sins around to not use it. ^^

I believe JR actually got banned from these forums for flaming a few days before he became a mod. I, of course, have always been the picture of decency and politeness on these boards.
As for ZB - the greatest strength of BL is the way it frees slots on your bar. You can afford to not have a 5 energy hex or conditional removal (though you still want them if possible.) This allows you to run other powerful skills like Shield of Absorption or Infuse Health. BL isn't about power in one particular area, it's about the flexibility to handle anything (at a steep cost.)

I like ZB, If for some reason splitting the monks is required. There is no skill I'd rather have than ZB in a solo monk situation. It works somewhat nicely with GoLE as a possible means of netting 15 energy (although this is unlikely) and even if it doesn't it's 2 x 200HP Heals for 5 Energy. It's an absolute treat vs a lot of types of pressure builds too. As people say it's very nice on an infuser, nothing like healing yourself back up for free .
So yeah... it's a huge heal, and it's in the protection line. Therefore you have no need to spec in healing (infuse requires like... 0) and spells that really benefit from high protection such as spirit bond and aegis are lovely. I'd honestly choose this anyday over glimmer of shite.

I recreated an experiment I saw earlier in this thread.

The short of it: ZB comes after DF, period.
My personal take: ZB is an incredibly narrow skill with small uses. Featuring no removals, no protections, nothing but a dumb heal that doesnt even match the efficiency of GoH if you dont trigger the bonus... combined with the fact that your target actually has to be at more like 1/3 hp to actually get the damn thing to trigger... makes it a worthless elite that will only get playtime in the playoffs because most of the better options are illegal.

How to: ZB + Infuse
Step 1: Infuse
Step 2: Briefly switch to a vampiric weapon OR swap to a lower life set.
Step 3: ZB on yourself
Step 4: Go back to your normal set.
Enjoy!
The problem with your test, of course, is that you are at exactly 50% health, not below 50% as the conditional requires. The vamp will bump you just below 50 with little effort.

To clarify this:
http://img184.imageshack.us/img184/2999/gw003ht5.jpg
Note I Infuse on swap 2, which is a +60 life prot collectors staff. 640 total life, 40 total energy.
Then I move to swap 3, which is a fiery flame spitter with 20% enchantments and a +30 life faster recharge prot offhand (I typically use this swap to cast SoA and such). Total life, 610, total energy 42. When I swap to 3 just after the infuse, my life drops to 290/610, so I am under 50% when I cast the ZB on myself.
You can similarly gain the energy from a vamp weapon.
http://img258.imageshack.us/img258/9398/gw001gb3.jpg
In these screens, I infuse on a vamp weapon and then cast ZB on myself. Note the ZB is triggered even tho I am only a couple of health below 50%. Furthermore, note that ZB gave me the +10 energy even though the divine favor boost would have pushed me over 50%. Accordingly, the conditional on ZB is calculated before the divine heal boost.
I hope this helps anyone who wanted to know how to get make ZB/Infuse more efficient with a little micro.

I prefer spirit bond over PS due to high prot spec on a ZB. Yes, I know it got nerfed, it's still a nice spike save. And (of course depending on the build) I would much rather go Mo/W with shield bash, purge signet instead of holy veil, and infuse instead of return. Maybe squeeze a balanced stance in there if your build doesn't have much anti-spike. In GvG, it's not often you'll get to actually trigger the bonus of ZB; things happen too fast.
