I wasnt going to respond on this topic... but I just point out the reason why I would have kicked you as well, if speaking this out loud...
*sarcastic*There is even a guild called like that.. maybe apply to them? (LAME) */sarcastic*
Still I agree at least a notification should have been given...
But its pointless for us to discuss about it, since we dont know the situation and what exactly happened.

Then the guild came with a build that demanded max coordination. A build that may be very good if run by top guild, but not us. We ran it and lost. There were lots of reasons for our fail game (I will not go into them here).
As a result I was kicked out of the guild, no question asked no explanation.
Just someone, I do not know who to date, pushed the kick button, and I'm out.
This is an ugly example of ppl.

QQ less.
1,200+ GvG is a joke. Copying someone elses build and expecting to win with it is also not the greatest idea.
Thanks,

it depends on a guild. if it values the old connection/friendship, playing badly wont guarantee a kick if you are an old member. but for competitive guilds, yea, one or 2 mistakes and you're out.

This story reminds me of a guild I used to be in.....sure our rank was horrid, but we actually won more than we lost, all while having FUN(ding ding ding-key word). Some guilds have major issues about winning.....the guild I was in used made up GvG builds for the heck of it, played with any group they could put together, and had a blast. After it fell apart I have never had the same kind of fun in a guild. These days you can only get in a GvG group if you have a high rank+300k balth faction. COME ON! I dont have the time for that! Wish I could be in that guild for one more day....

There are many guilds that play for fun, run weird wacky builds, and most of the people have busy lives, nothing stopping you from finding one of those. I see such posts in RA daily, looking for members to have fun in gvg/ha/ta/alliance battles.
Then there are the other groups of people, who have a little more time during their nights/week, have played the game since release, and want to get serious, run decent builds, and win.
Things usually turn bad, when these fun guilds finally decide that they want to get serious, they then have to face or deal with others not being on the same page as them, playing level as them, and so on. Things then start to turn ugly. Sorta sounds maybe close to Red Orc's guild. Playing 17 matches is in no way serious gaming. Kicking people after maybe a few bad mistakes took place during a match solves nothing either, at least mention who did what wrong, let them keep playing, so they can prove they are indeed moving along talent wise or at least trying grow.

From the stuff that I read, I think you got kicked out for not taking targets. I assume you were playing a warrior as you mentioned adren/war spike. Now, I know I'm not an expert in the PvP aspect of GW as much as a I could be, but in PvE, a good warrior knows when to NOT take the call. If theres 2 enemy warrirs on you, and someone else is calling the monk, I would rather have those 2 warriors on myself than raping the monks over in the corner.

i totally do not agree with guilds that kick ppl for no reason...if they made a mistake then its a learning curve thats where u learn from...and even serious gamers should at least give some lax for mistakes, if someone makes mistakes all the time then they are not as good as they're supposed to be. But if its once or twice point it out i mean we are only human...
yes im sure even iQ has made mistakes...

This isn't PvE, it's PvP, and theres a big difference.
Other than a PvE player commenting on PvP.... I have no clue.

Kicking people without giving an explanation or saying anything is retarded. Even if you were the worst player in GW, they should still tell it to you before kicking.

Well my guild, while it is rank 5000, it values sportsmanship and stuff like that and all of us are really good mates and we play together a lot. I reckon being in guild like that is so much better because you are actually having fun with other people in an online game :O (IS THAT POSSIBLE!)

Well im a guild leader and what i hate most is guild players who are in the guild and nothing more. They dont say helo, they dont play in teams, they dont do nothing, they are just in the guild and there is nothing out of them. Then WTF they join guild anyway? They can be easly without guild and play with henc. I really hate those people. I dont care it they are pro player, imagine this, that your in guild where are 100 players and they ae online 24/7, but you dont ever hear them, they dont help ypu with mission, they dont respond on ha, gvg, guild chat is quiet 24/7. Lol what a bunch of crap palyers imo.
This kind of players make guild bad, and they should never be accepted in guild ever!

The runner did not cry for help as agreed => he & npc gone.
I did not follow calls on time (was second W spike).
The instructions before the fight were not good.
There was not a single aspect that worked as it should. Yet kicking someone without any talk (after he palyed with you for several weeks), just push the button, is something that is beyond rude.
p.s that was my first gvg fight as a W ever.

All i can say its a shit guild anyway if there gonna kick you without a good reason. Im sorry butt look for a better one. Cus you proberly didnt had any friends in that guild. Rank 300 isnt that hard to get.
If i where you i shouldnt bother getting in that guild again. Maybe Phassola is right your to good for the guild .

Ups, wrong "rage" post.
In our guild we dont kick people for reason that are bad in pvp. We explain them what they did wrong and so on. Bunny Searing Flames really helped us in GvG, because its easy for begginers in PvP and its heavy pressure. Before that we ran 2xW, 2xMe, 1xair supp, 2Xmo, 1xrunner and we suxed, the build was to hard for us and new players in pvp (100k -200k balthazar points) we didnt make it higer than 800 rank. Imo whoever kicked you was stupid. Thats why the observe mode is here (to bad that isn't perfect, out guild palyers shirmage and "rewrite" the best gvg match - Fix this PLS).

Noob players kick good players out of guilds all the time. I won't go into detail about The Zaishen [Rnub], but it happens. All the time. *cough*
