PvP is generally the home of high stress, high stakes games. But every so often funny moments break through. This thread is to share some funny things that have happened to you during PvP so we can share the laughs. Here is one of mine:

So I am in RA and randomly get teamed up with someone from iA (sorry, I forget who and I should know). We go on a win streak and after 10 wins or so the iA guy flashes his tiger after a particularly difficult match. Our mending/HH wammo teammate is deeply impressed by this and asks what "skill" he used and how to cap it. The iA guy tells him the "skill" is called tiger's fury and proceeds to run around saying "I'm using Tiger's Fury" as he spams emote midmatch. Our other teammate gets into the action too by casting "Horns of the Ox" as he spams his deer. It cracked me up

One of my favorite pvp moments, one time in RA (hehe I'm sure there's a reason most funny things happen in RA) there was a W/Mo on my team (like there's really a surprise there). But before the timer started, he says in team chat "Hey guys, I'm a paladin so if you need vig spirit call it". I laughed so hard at him, I told him to get a real build. And what he said back was also pretty funny, he said "I got this build off of guildwiki noob".

And thanks for the idea of spamming PE/Wells against I/VimWay. My necro's rust is about to fade (yes, I'm a noob at HoH and rarely think of useful - albeit simple - counters to stuff like Iway).

Random Arena

Before the round starts, someone (in the opposing team) with a weird random name like "Wdofdogjghphpojkhn hkrpfgjr" spams "I solo HoH", "I solo HoH", "I solo HoH" in local chat. Round starts and we see a naked Monk/Warrior incoming and frenzying infront of us with only a few hp. His whole team and ours cracked up.

had just started HA and was doing iway with me as orders using something like spihon,oov,heal party,res some other stuff and VAMPIRIC GAZE. this mo/w runs up to our whole team and they hit him- he stays alive. I press C and vamp gaze, doing 63 damage.

... he had 55 health.

on a more competant note this happens quite often in GvG

me: Hex 4
i then tab through till i see a mesmer and cast diversion cause i dont like them.

I was in HA before the eoe nerf and we were going up against a eoe bomb. They sacced but forgot to lay eoe, free win.

Winning HoH 7 times in a row as an r0 in a friend's r6+ group. They were surprised.

Also, beating Peace and Harmony in the Courtyard as a Guru PuG during the HA Weekend. That had to hurt.

After I PMed him, he told me that he has been known to kill boon prot monks in less than seven seconds. SEVEN!

Reminds me of monks that inspire Panic and cast it back against our HA energypressure/famine build... how clever.

Anyways, only thing I can remember right now is Asp recalling into his own treb shot once and dying instantly.
