Build suggested by my guild mate:

Thoughts? I have reservations about the monks...
I was thinking something more like this:

General comments on the build? What monk backline would you run? Any skills missing?

I'd exchange shatter and SoH on the mesmer for Diversion and Shame, since it looks like you're adrenospiking. Grenth's is enough enchant hate. I also like the monk backline more than the 2nd one.
I'm not sure if Brace Yourself is worth the slot if you don't use SS/DB

I like the first backline more, but you need to put Gift of Health on the Divert Monk (over SoA). With that change you've got the exact current monk backline I prefer to run.
/agree about Diversion + Shame on the Mesmer instead of Shatter + SoH. Brace Yourself is nice to have, though, since most builds run at least one knockdown. Keeping it maintained on your Infuse Monk could be game-winning in some situations.
Also, your W/A doesn't need a rez sig. He's going to be off ganking by himself a lot of the time and you already have 4 other rez sigs + hard rez in the build. I'd definitely put in Shadow Walk or Disrupting Dagger instead.

I found that to be the best W/A Gank build. only problem is BG, without degen its alittle harder.

This build seems very similar to eF's, anyway i'd recommend running wastrels demise on the mesmer instead of burn, its such a nice afterspike to not run.

I really get a kick out of playing a mes, and I my two suggestions to aiding the build would be this.
1. wastrels > eburn, though it can situational.
2. power return > power drain IMO. Return has a 7 second recharge time, and drain has a 25 second recharge. People don't like return because it gives back energy, however if you consider the fact that you're interutping a skill thus wasting energy it's the same difference.

i prefer draw conditions to dismiss on the smiter
- 1/4 sec cast (faster to draw blinds/deepwounds)
- takes all of the conditions(faster in that you only need to cast once)

Except that YOU don't get back energy... Its emanagment, that it interupts is basically a bonus plus it hits Aegis and the like... They don't have th energy to spam an interupt every 7 seconds anyways their bar is pretty full as it is.
I do however like return on the right bar...
