Two copies of gale and two copies of diversion is so much fun for a TA build. The hex removal is a bit weak, but this can be compensated for by having each mesmer focus on diversioning and galing their hexers. Condition removal is strong, but not distributed so dazed on the monk poses a problem. With the amount of blind in this build, your monk should not get dazed often and when it happens you can recover by bldining the ranger and galing the pet (or vice versa) to buy your monk the time to purge sig or mending touch.

The thumper shouldn't have to target the opposing monk much, because the monk will be getting shamed, diversioned, and galed. If you prefer to play spike style instead of pressure, then exchange the thumper for an eviscerate/executioners warrior with frenzy, rush, crit chop, distracting blow or disrupting chop, and utility skill of your choice (i.e. shields up, watch yourself, shock -- not really needed since a mesmer can just gale your target but more knockdown is always fun).

I don't really like wastrel's demise in this build, especially if you're not playing pure spike. I think that another copy of shame or a copy of something like power return would serve this slot better.

Also, I've never really like the draw/mend combo, but I guess that's up to the monk playing it.

Another copy of shame is fine instead of wastrel's demise as the build has some flexibility on skill selection. I'd sooner choose a dom interrupt like power leak, power spike, signet of disruption, or complicate over power return.
