just give the OP a build that has absolutely NO chance of winning, that will make him want to play mesmer.
I'm not gonna say EFF YOU because for all i know you have no idea what is actually wrong with your build and are a complete newbie that thinks he struck gold because he posted an untried build that he thinks will be succesful.
Mesmers are cool, but you won't pug for a team as a mesmer thats for sure. Play with friends and guildies, and I am sure they will let you play mesmer if it completements the build.

Jagged Strike and Leaping Mantis sting are both lead attacks so you have no off-hand attack for horns of the ox.
but otherwise that is the best build i have ever seen and i can see it being the new FotM

The other day, I saw an insanely effective mesmer spike in HA, precisely because so many people are bringing in elementalist- or monk-based builds. Power Surge ftw. :P
