Okay the build needs some work
The energy management on the mesmer is terrible
You might think that Shame would work but most of the time monks wont even cast with that on them
I also think that there is not enough damage output in this build
The elementalist is good excluding the fact that you have obsidian flame in the build [not needed unless you are planning on spiking]
The build doesnt have enough offense and I dont think that it would really ever work against a real team
The monks dont have good energy management
Sure you might think that Power Drain would be a good skill to use for a Healers Boon but when is he/she going to find the time to really use the skill?
This build has enough defense obviously
But I would change the first elemenalist that you put as a Blindsurge to a Fire AoE element instead of the mesmer skills
but keep blinding surge because thats part of the defensive ability of the build
I would put
Blinding Surge
Fireball
Rodgorts In.
Glyph of Sacrifice
Meteor Shower
Bed of Coals
Fire Attunement
Rez Sig
then by doing this I would change the mesmer to counter most of the builds out there instead of just focusing on doing damage to the other team
Also you dont need a healers boon if you have a blinding surge ele and a warder

Really? Because you're missing Deep Wound. Doesn't look like a spike from here.
