its basically the same build man
just know that bloodspike isnt capable of splitting in a gvg and if you come against a team that splits you will just have to push thru them and try to get to their guild lord before yours dies out
but ya
go with
Enfeebling Blood - vamp gaze - shadowstrike - woh - orision of healing - healing seed - heal party - rez sig
^ caller
then basically instead of enfeebling blood you put in oppresive gaze and then different healing skills and prot skills
WOH : 2
HH / Infuse : 2
RC : 1
Divert Hexes : 1
Then have fun with the other elites that you need
but ya go with 7 N/Mo 1 Flag Runner
or honestly you could go with a 6 / 1 / 1
6 Necros for the spike - Taking out the main team of the enemy guild
1 Assassin - Making sure when/if it comes down to VOD you win
1 Flag Runner - Keeping that Morale up

Spike builds are lame. My guild was in the same position a long time ago and ran R-Spike and FC_Orb spike. we hit the ladder quiet strong, but when i changed them to balanced we lost a few places. we are now a better team playing balanced than we could ever be with Spikes.
Get your guild to hop into Obersver mode and find a few of the more popular builds run. copy them and try them around the arenas to get to know them.
Check out the monks skills, the Warriors (EG Shock Axe, Eurospike), Surge mesmers and the runner.
Good luck with what ever build you choose and have fun.

Bloodspike to ease them into GvG? That's a fairly terrible idea.
If you want some basic and clear cut 8v8 pressure build to use instead that would be a vastly superior option.

Try using 2 RaO Bunny Thumpers, 2 SF Eles, a "They're on Fire!" Paragon, 2 Monks, and an E/Mo Runner. Use Burning Isle so you won't have to split much at all.
That's just something I thought of from the top of my head after reading JR-'s post. But anyways, listen to JR-; he knows his stuff.
