This can actually be true. The priest's constant wanding can be just enough to push your team's damage over the edge of their defenses and his heal areas can help reduce the pressure on your team. As far as TA maps go, the maps with a priest, an obelisk, or the kill count map (by timing when you kill) can have more tactical plays employed by the teams playing.

I made a pure interupt ranger for fun and decided to try it out. We faced a group that had a fire elementalist and I decided that would be an easy target to interupt. After interupting a few of his longer casts (meteor shower ect.) and a few lucky interupts on his fast spells, he claims that I must be using some kind of hack. His whole team then backs him up and say they would report me.

Oh come on..if a wand pushes the other teams damage over the edge, then the team about to die sucks anyway. Obelisk maps mean nothing if you have a good group, and obviously the kill maps are easy as hell too and require no strategy except to kill more (Unless you count running with 10 seconds left and you are up a kill). The only map I figure an argue can be made about is the priest map.
And come on lol, lag will get you sometimes ;P, it's not always made up.

On the prophecies obelisk map your team can simply not stand in the obelisk range, so it doesn't mean much there. But on the factions obelisk map, you sir are wrong. The obelisk means a lot when two good teams face off on that map.

Those fireballs get spammed rather fast and at 25 damage a piece they can be an issue when you are already getting bashed on.

i agree that the fireballs on the factions flag map can indeed add a nice pressure to your team. the obelisk however, is completely useless. ;o should make it a chain lightning attack maybe.
