Depends on who you play...they'll either hate you for it or think it's funny. I've done 6 boon prots, healer + mage hench in GvG (which is a complete waste of time, but pretty funny). Though we were lucky, the other team was fun and had a good laugh.

It took me a second to figure out what you were talking about. Sorry you didn't get to listen to Vin whisper sweet nothings to you, but I have to know whether that guy said anything about Power Mending. It was probably wrong to do that to him or you, but I couldn't resist.

We jumped in to play against that late night, and it was a very good run. I was pretty glad to play against [Eat] a few times to get some good games. the only games we in our whole days run was against you guys, and we manage to win 1 out of the 3. Props to Sno for running each of his skill execution order flawlessly to give me a hard time.

The build hasn't changed, still with no elite, it was actually a test build of mine for a new type of build we were going against, and i'm sick of playing the same ol shock/axe warrior that u run in TA, HoH, GvG, so something different to mess around and test with although it was more of a test to see if it can do damage/killing effect of a warrior or a thumper it has been working well, and it coincidently it did do well against the NR build. I mean i don't want to throw up excuses or pick a fight, but i didn't want the notion of us coming up with entire build or a bunch of skill sets just to go against NR, of course some skills were taking into consideration like wild blow, but Logan wanted to bring expel hexes (definately an NR counter skill), and me without an elite, so things were a little handicaped, and what makes it so fun is playing even harder to make up for that. We look forward to playing against u guys in the future and optimisticlly we'll bring some further competition as i know you guys will as well.

I felt the same exact way, Lobo was spazzing out of fear to to play against his out of the guild buddies, but that's what make him cute.

I doubt that it'll work the same as the current BTV, as top 100 guilds play at TA quite frequently and BTV would get spammed with those battles popping up.
Buuut, they might do it like 10/15/20+ win streak teams will be displayed.
/sign glad title emotes
/sign btv system only if it works like mentioned above

Just.. wha has factions to do with Team Arenas except for the fact you would have got 30 glad points. 300 Cons wins = about 5-6 hours minimum is 1 minute each, TA is usually 1-3 minutes = 6-18 hours. I doubt this as you do NOT have screenshots and any person that would like to show the off to others would have screenshotted it, i really doubt it mate. : )

Titles weren't around before factions, so he wouldn't have recieved any reward or any way to prove his statement.

Another thing I just realized, before factions and the glad title, TA was an absolute joke. Basically a bunch of nubs with the occasional good guild group rolling through for fun. Now, there are actually some really good teams and players in TA, making 300 runs so much harder. Even for really good teams, playing other good teams on a lack of sleep is just really hard.

No doubt, the skill level in TA has gone up very much since the addition of the glad rewards.

Didn't realize that TA was so absolutely barren at night. We went in for rusty to test a warrior build and basically couldn't lose unless we screwed around. Got a glad point before stopping.

I just wanna mention [DTS] in this post since I dont really see them mentioned too much.
In my experience they are the toughest guild I've played against in TA, and I've played and beaten (and lost to) [ROFL] and [Fame] as far as I remember several times.
It's not really that I always get beat by them (I actually think I have around a 40% record) but it's just that the matches are really tough. Usually against the other top guilds the match is decided very quickly one way or the other, but against [DTS] it's usually dragged out with victory or loss decided by one or two small mistakes. I guess this might be to do with the fact that they run balanced and so do we.
anyway props to [DTS] for some very hard matches which I've always enjoyed.

300 wins...*shivers* I do not have the patience for that lol. My highest streak was 111, after that all 4 of us were extremely sleep deprived and barely paying attention, still getting flawlesses :/ so we decided to quit, and we did get a screen shot :P.
I was Bravados End, the name of almost all my PvP chars. Oh and just so you dont think our R/A is a noob (hes using twisting fangs) this was before it was switched to crit and was still in dagger mastery. AoE smiting eat your heart out.
Ok wth...when I posted this there was a link and it shows in my preview >_>. I'm a noob with image hosting lol.

to be honest, I'm quite surprised that a lot of people give fame a mention. I'm not slamming them, I'm good friends with ebola, and most of the oldschool fame players like zork, andy, darius, etc. But honestly they just aren't a force in TA at all anymore since they've been playing Halls fairly consistently for the past 2 or 3 months. I rarely see any full fame groups roll through TA these days. I remember a time when you didn't go 10 games without seeing a fame group and ebola never left TA AD1 storage. He'd actually let his account idle all night, AFk dancing at AD1 storage. Those days for the most part are gone though.

I still think [DTS] is the best TA guild on euro servers.
But the best TA Guild left TA which was [FW], but they all stopped as it got boring:-)
I just think there of Leon Zero (Creon Amon) who was first deadly and terrifying Glad on euro and probably in whole GW:-)
BTW i was second deadly Glad on euro servers (maybe in whole GW), then stopped with TA which is like 2 months ago:-)

I played with [ROFL] as a Boon Prot PUG, and the only thing I remember losing to was NR/Tranq. We beat it the first time, but then we couldn't manage to kill the spirits and we weren't retreating, so yeah. This was a while back though. (go ROFL)
PS. Hi Logan

Most of what have been told in this thread regards American servers. However as some has told [DTS] and [FW] have been dominating the Europe servers in then past. Now lots of the former good TA guilds (including those 2) split or stopped TA'ing so its not really guilds doing TA any more but just a circle of ingamefriends. Ususally the good parties involves players from the same few guilds though ([DTS], [COLD], [Some] and [Bi] mostly). Of course there are others as well.
I also don't see why you mentioned [WM]. I haven't had any good matches against them. Sure it is fun matching up with a top guild but they don't make for difficult matches. Might be cause they're experimenting with some GvG-stuff or maybe just because they don't do TA much but the thing is they're not much of a chalenge. Same goes for most other top/wellknown-guilds (meaning HA and GvG guilds) that show up in TA now and then.
Just my thoughts though.
