Default Ranger Spike - Please Critique

(DISCLAIMER: I am sure other have come up with similar ideas for a Ranger spike, I thought this one up, but I am by no means suggesting it is unique. Any thoughts/suggestions are greatly appreciated!)

3 Ranger Spikers:

R/W

Expertise: 10 (9+1)
Marksmanship:16 (12+3+1)
Wilderness or Beast Mastery: 10 (9+1)
[Dual Shot]
[Punishing Shot] - Elite
[Savage Shot]
[Read the Wind]
[Whirling Defense]
[Resurrection Signet]

The folllowing 6 spirits need to be taken also:

[Fertile Season][Favorable Winds][Frozen Soil]

(I used 2 fertiles, 1 favorable, and 2 frozen when I ran it. 1 of the fertiles also ran Viper's Nest)

So here are some reasons/problems that I have:

1. This build does plenty of damage. I tested it in the temple and was able to spike through fertile against 80 armor with all damage buffs up.

2. The reason I chose a blessed light was for the utility with having only 1 monk. I was thinking ZB might also work, opinions here would be great. Additionally, I was thinking guardian may be better than prot spirit in this bar for this build - of course, any other suggestions would be good.

3. Healing here is going to be a problem against heavy pressure. I think "Fall Back" should help as long as I am able to mitigate my teams' damage through movement - but any suggestions here would help as well.

4. I was also looking at Keen Arrow as a follow up - but it doesn't have the 1/2 second attack of Punishing and Savage. If you think it would be better - let me know.

5. Is this plus an extra monk and a crip shot flag runner efficient for GvG?
