It is a spell, but now expertise works on all 'touch', no matter if they're spell or not.
Personally i think it's too good too. It's just far ahead of every other self-condition removal available. The thing is this skill makes applying conditions HEAL your target most of the time.
Personally i'd see it either 5/1/5 or 5/.75/7 so that it's not as spammable as it is now. Mending Touch makes cover conditions pointless and i think that's kinda lame. It's not horribly imbalanced, but it makes a lot of skills just not viable options.
And i wouldn't say Cripshot is overpowered. Not since they included runes and shield mods that can reduce cripple all you want. If a cripshot is what you fear, any caster can put on a -20% cripple and carry a -20% cripple shield on a secondary set and you'll have Cripshot work for like 4s, and a Ranger can't use a 15E skill every 4s even with Expertise.

Thank you. This is pretty much what I wanted to say. BoA assassins werent my focus, its that this skill is making other builds somewhat... well, weak. I dont think one skill countering an entire build is what defines game balance. My point is it makes conditions near useless with people shrugging off everything save daze. And for some reason I think saying just use damage instead, is ignoring the problem.

I like those balance suggestions. I'd personally favour 5/.75/7, but 5/1/5 would work well too.
