Monk needs GoH, currently he has no way of actually healing. Also, he has no self heal, which is pretty hard to do.
You might want to actually put some points into leadership on the P/W hammer? Maybe? Also, run hammer bash over heavy blow. You just end up wasting heavy blow due to condition removal or killing the target often enough that it isn't worth it.
I would probably just run a more standard hammer warrior over your current one.
Is Aria of Restoration worth it when only 2 characters even have spells?

Monk: kick dismiss, take draw - kick veil, take signet of devotion - kick prot spirit, take spirit bond
Hammer Para: use Focused Anger as elite, you'll get more out of it, really. also, try considering adding Awe.
Spear Para: looks fine to me - maybe add Vicious so you get more out of GFTE.
Support Para: just get a Weapon of Remedy rit instead of it. :/ probably more damage and more support than that.

Its an interesting build. You'll gain a lot from having all those high armoured targets I'm sure
One thing it will mean though is that most of the direct dmg will be aimed at the only squishy, the monk.
Actually this makes for a lot of problems, sure if its melee he's got lots of options, but if it isn't he's in trouble, he's only got rof really.
One option is to run him as ZB but if you want to keep the warrior options and the divert here's a couple of suggestions see how you do with them.
Take out shielding hands and prot spirit, put in gift of health and spirit bond. Take out veil (yeah hurts me too) and put in mending touch. MT makes a for a great self heal in most cases. If you want to run without it, you will NEED a direct heal on another character.
If you can find the room, on that support character, getting in make haste is FANTASTIC. I'm going to give you a very oddball suggestion here.
Make a rit /p.
Give him weap of remedy, vengeful weapon soothing memories vocal was sogalon (hrhrhrhrhrhr) and then make haste stand your ground brace yourself and a res (hard if you like).
now you can move those two skills off the other para, and put on anthem of flame, and then either chain stand your ground, or put on disrupting throw you could even lose another attack for that skill if you want both, I think you'll need an interupt, it gives you a lot of flexibility.
Finally your top paragon, when I saw a p/w I thought "ahhh he's using awe, thats clever" then you didn't use it . I'd put it in for d-blow as a straight swap, and I'd agree with changing heavy blow for hammer bash. I don't think that combos too well with rush tbh, I'd think about using sprint or even lead the way, and I'd expect support from make haste at times if you were fully charged. As soon as you daze the monk he's gonna kite, and you need to be able to keep up with him or find someone else to hit him for you.
anyway looks like an interesting build, if you do get time to try out those suggestions let me know how you get on with them
