Divert's 10nrgy and cast time as well as its narrowness makes it seem not so amazing. Don't get me wrong its still fairly nice against a hex team (IF for some reason they don't shut you down) but chances are your divert will get humilitied or d-shotted.

The fact that you spend an elite on something that may not help against other teams not to mention against teams its good against they have shutdown for it makes divert alot less appealing to me. Maybe if they buffed it to like 1/4 sec or 5nrgy it might be more viable.
