Rigor Mortis
[skill]Rigor Mortis[/skill][skill]Expose Defenses[/skill]
I would like to see Rigor Mortis and Expose defenses have a closer relationship in cast time and skill recharge. Perhapse making both the same cast time of either 1 or 2 seconds and recharge of 20 seconds.

Expose Defenses only works on your attacks. Big difference between the two skills.

Plus rigor lasts like an hour and a half, since people spec it to max. Expose..no. You would probably lower the recharge and duration of rigor to make it more playable. Although I think its fine.

Points noted, then it would be fine with me to have expose moved to a 15 or 20 second recharge.

You mean you can keep up Rigor on one target 2/3th of the time, while you can keep up Expose on two targets permanently?

Meh, good point. Really though, sins don't have that kind of energy to keep expose on 2 targets, and they wouldn't benefit from that anyway..he can't really attack 2 ppl and be effective, and he can't cover expose himself really.

Rigor Mortis is in Curses, Expose Defenses is in Deadly Arts. Curses is the main attribute for most Necro's, Deadly Arts isn't for Assassins.

And the reason for that is...?
Expose has to be used by the attacker himself, which is attrib AND skill slot investment, and costy to boot. While the recharge is 10s, an Assassin playing normally (i.e. using his attack skills, possibly other hexes/utility, etc.) won't have the energy to use it on recharge most of the time or he'll sacrifice something for it, but i see nothing wrong to being able to if it's required (and for Assassin, it's actually often required). As someone said, sure maybe you can in theory keep it on 2 people at high Deadly Arts, but there's nearly no point in doing it at all. Especially since a sin with high Deadly Arts is likely not much of a threat with his attacks...
Rigor Mortis is 1 skill slot on a support char, which are usually less crucial, or i should say more adaptable to your build. 1 Necro, or E/N, or Me/N or w/e with Rigor Mortis is the same as using Expose Defenses on 3 sins if they're focusing on one attacker which saves skill slots. This is why the recharge is longer, and it's balanced this way.
Both are fine the way they are imo. I could see Rigor go down to say 25s recharge and it'd still be fine, but i don't see it as required.
