Observer still isn't up. Don't worry about it, it just simply means that anet is incapable of fixing something as usual. However, according to them and logic, it is a bug.

As nice as Obs mode can be (to watch your favorite guilds) a lot of copy paste does come from it.

Did soul reaping even get nurfed? I thought anet ignored that problem. Sorry could someone clarify this for me because it appears what sinful is applying about no nurf on soul reaping is correct. But anet wouldnt be that stupid to ignore the many requests of the players to do something about this and bring a skill update missing out the most important skill update would they?

Soul Reaping: functionality changed so that you may only gain Energy from Soul Reaping every 5 seconds.

This is an old screenshot taken before many skills update ( and Soul reaping nerf ), CrOa disbanded few months ago, Yniel is in Cry now, and Harry Poter from DTC stopped GW ( like 90% of DTC's members )

Well i guess the facts many guilds have disbanded and stopped gw just reflects the current state of halls. Now are people going to still claim there is no problem?
