On another note, after the SR nerf OoA will be a bit less viable, although it does need maybe a 5-10% damage increase. SR got nerfed a bit too much IMO... hopefully though the skill balance notes they posted won't be all of it... maybe they'll even remove kc...

But yeah, 106 AL on that class is still retarded. Funny how 6 months ago I was saying that para armor and SR were leaps and bounds more imba than any other skill or game mechanic currently in existence--and it's taken the mass of us all this time to figure it out. If they do nerf SR I'll have to laugh, since it should have been done a long-ass time ago.

Incidentally, the SR abuse backline used to suck balls, but people seem to be getting better at it. I guess its kind of hard to screw up when you have infinite energy. Alas, if only it made sense to pring a PD mesmer

Observe mode has good things and bad things, but removing it goes too far i think. U cannot blame observer mode for copycat behavior of people, u should blame these people.

Icy veins is so easy to alter, to ensure it cannot be used to spike. When target is hexed with icy veins already target takes no (or half damage).

Hi my name is Soul Reaping, and as you can see I don't feel to well. My makers have decided that I get a lot of abuse. This stinks cause cause I felt all this power to always be able to spam quick 150+ heals, it was godly, and I showed those monks that necros are far superior!

Guess people have to use real monks now eh?

Icy Veins should be like Wastrels Worry ^^

About Altar holding, I won't say it was perfect, but it was better than current HoH. BTW, you can't bring up interrupts anymore, that's fixed. If you ask me people don't want altar holding cause they didn't know how to beat the holding team, 50% of them would just hit the ghost and more than 30% doesn't bring enchantment removals, not to mention that at least 10% are going on you, it gives us 10% of good HA players (before Yunas comes with hi "you pulled this statistic out of my ass" I'll say I did put it out of my ass, but no one can say it's not true). Therefore: holding with stability and song of concentration > kill count and random games in HoH.

Nightfall exacerbated all the factions problems and made them worse. Then added some more problems just for fun.

HOW2SOLVEDAPROBLEMZ

1. Remove the 4 new classes from PVP play. From RA on up. Then we can start seeing what is balanced in the core classes.

I heard people have been talking about me so i wanted to firstly clear a few things up. People believe playing me requires more skill they do not say playing me requires more skill, its ok i think you just got your wording mixed up, no offence taken.

Anyways back to the issue (yes i know i am elite, i guess i was born that way). Teams could fight over me for 2.5 mins but i often found the better team would impliment a tatic in order to throw the macth in their way. Teams made from 8 monks would come try me sometimes but that was a rare occurance and even if this did occur in many cases they got owned. For example i saw a team come with skills like shatter enchantment and chocking gas rangers. And they pooned those poor monkys and left them all dead over my sweet body. I guess they werent invincible it just took skill. I also saw other teams not let them cap and cap before them being they knew they would find it hard 2 get them off the alter. Oh the says eh, amazing how some people manage to over exadurate about some builds created before of me. Im surely touched, oh ye i remember now, my fans always found it hard to get past relic runs.

Being Mr alter caps is very cool. I made people take versitle builds which meant everyone was not just damaged based and i also let those who deserved to win, win and never punished them just because they were skilled enough to hold me for quite long. Unlike my cousin kill count over there who sucks and should be assasinated pronto. I am the best option for halls in these dark times of gws pvp history.

Indeed 8v8 is MUCH better than 6v6??? Nevertheless turning halls back into alter holding is NOT the solution.
/agree, bringing back altar maps will make it worse, there will be some type of holding build that arises the second its changed back /cry D=

Stop with the hello junk. Also, bottom line, anyone who complains about altar capping because it was too easy to hold is just retarded. You just needed a good team, or in some cases against completely holding oriented builds, two good teams or a good team and an average team.

Spiritway is fun, I wonder if it's still going to work though. Five seconds isn't really that long...If they really have energy problems, you could always just throw a skill to kill a spirit and time it right.

Mabye if we paid it might be better.
Who knows what is going on in halls. Mabye No Observer Mode Is Better. I Bet Everyone would be original then right. But then again that would make the GW PvP community stale because no one would know what is going on who and what guild plays good. Flame me if you want but you know im right alot most all the fame comes from observer mode because vD doesn't really get alot of praise for being # 1.

I think no observer is a bug, they wouldn't simply remove it without telling us... Either way, people are going to copy regardless, so it might as well be in there. Also makes it a lot harder for people trying to get into the game to learn.
