Build for new Guild
Well, my mate asked me to help him out with his new guild, and asked me to create a build for them.
This is what I came up with.

I want it to be suitable for them so I'm posting it here.
What I need help with is making it suitable for them, as a guild that has never GvGed before. I need the build to be easy enough to play, while still demanding enough skill to help them improve as players
I know there are a couple of mistakes with various skills and attributes, but say them anyway ^^
Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.

I personally don't really like Mantra of Recovery. Sure its a decent elite, but IMO theres much better. If the player is not skilled, they might end up just spamming diversion, and predictability is bad. And I don't really think leech signet is decent enough to warrant its use. Maybe a Drain Enchantment and Hex Eater Vortex. Shatter Storm, even though it was on paragon primaries, still has shown to see some use. Expel hexes may be another option as well. Power block is pretty decent as well.
Also, I cant really tell which character is the main flag runner. The only character with a decent speed boost is the ranger.

MoR is amazingly godlike imo, but I`m not sure if it belongs in a spike build. You might want to include E-Burn or E-surge for faster spiking. (Or utility like Expel Hexes)
I`d take Heal Other off of your Elementalist. Heal Party would probably be a better fit. Also, I`d take out Convert Hexes for Lightning Strike. You already have a Purge plus 2 other removals.

I'm not a fan of weapon rits, especially those that don't run JI and SoH.
Most of the rest of the build looks fine. The Hammer warrior could use a tweak to atts to hit the 3 adren break on Enraging. As for the Mesmer, I prefer running this bar: MoR/Diversion/Shatter/Pleak/Pdrain/Shame/Eburn/Res.
The Air ele needs Storm Djinn somewhere on that bar. I wouldn't run Strike, since Bsurge does the same thing.
Bsurge/Orb/Gale/Gole/Air Attun/Convert/SDH/Mendtouch might work as a runner.
