Remove the control over it (upkeep), make it last like 30 seconds on yourself, and end naturaly, and up the recharge. Or even better, delete the skill.

Just fix the range to radar range.
Put the maintained enchantment on the ally targeted and not the sin, so a disenchant on that ally will teleport back the sin.
End of Story.

Is it sarcasm? I have a hard time detecting any, but if it isn't... well just know that before last patch that's exactly was Recall was. And it was just worse.
