Rage is never justified. If you can't achieve the same effect in a post-game discussion, either you need to work on your communication, or get some better guildees.

Because you exactly can't. A post-game discussion has 2 disadvantages:
- It does not solve the issue IN the battle, which is when it's most needed.
- Having experienced this probably more than ANYONE else in the game, it's incredibly annoying to constantly pause after every match to discuss issues that are irrelevant to most of the players. If the ranger screws up, the entire team has to suffer and waste 10 minutes waiting. Fourty seconds of yelling at him what he should do in the match WILL be effective enough.
Justified rage is good and important.
edit:
This forum has the most crappy censorship ive ever seen in my life.

Ok it seems that you guys may be getting alittle off subject, I think the raging may have burnt a brain cell or ten. Raging (Also know to the calm human race as constructive critisim) is good when things go bad. Being the leader of a fairly new guild myself i have learned a bit about how to "Lead" the gvg team, If a match seems to be a win then all the sudden turns to the worst figure out WHAT and WHERE it went wrong, ask people, get the whole team in on the discussion as to how to FIX the problem. My favorite line after a loss that should have been a win is and always will be "Ok, guys? where did we lose our guts?" commenly that will bring about an answer and solution to fix the problem.
My two cent's

HAHA! While i have to admit i am pretty amazing it's just common sense that alot of leaders i have seen don't seem to have. Guildwars PvP is a TEAM effort and if you don't have a team willing to work together you will fail everytime, Unless you face someone with less teamwork then you.
P.S. No I don't wanna lead your guild, you might rage on me.
