First of all: get attributes
dervish: shadow walk > death's charge. There no reason not to take shadow walk...
hammer warrior: mighty blow > fierce blow and enraging charge > rush (otherwise you can't cancel flail once you used hammer bash).
axe warrior: looks fine
paragon: vicious attack + harrier's toss instead mighty throw and spear of lightning since ranged deep wound is ftw, besides mighty throw is a bad choice since it slows adrenal gain and you can't use it after GFtE!.
smiter: I prefer MoM smiters or signet of removal smiters. Anyway: you should have auspicious incantation in order to maintain energy (use it with balth's aura). Still, I believe there are better characters that fit into that slot (like a dom mesmer, blind surge ele or cripshot).
rest: looks fine.
