I'm sorry, but the amount of time we have been waiting with no response from Anet is ridiculous. We can't be patient forever.

I already raged GW, and I'm not playing until halls is fixed (put back). You should try it, it actually feels good to not have to play against imba gimmicks, and play ruined game modes.

Lol random its funny you should say that. I came out of retirement for 2 days when 8v8 came back. Kill count however drove me back. One of my friends lol he was loyal to gw, in end he just unistalled it because hes fed up of this rubbish. He used the space to buy and run counter strike instead lol, and what he said to me when he came to check the gw website because there was an update and found they still had not removed kill count was. Anet are......................... I have been playing counter strike and the satisfaction it is giving me, something which guildwars cant now. I dont even know if i will come back if they fix HA because the way they have dragged it out for so long. Then he tells me, you notice ......... hasnt been on for a long time and as you know he was pvp mad. He lived breathed, basically did everything with pvp and hes even quite close to rank 9 but you notice hes just given up. You see now for a loyal player like that to just disapear says it all.
Anet as you can see, everyone thinks you have messed up and you obviously are incapible of doing simple stuff.
9 months we campaign for 8v8 lol. When we get it we now have to campaign for no kill count and alter maps. Seriously are anet working for the annoyance club or something.
Also i may be typing lol because im laughing at how rediculous this is. But because you seem to be messing everything up ill just go over this for you incase you get the wrong idea and decide to keep kill count. Kill counts rubbish remove it, these laughs im getting arnt ones you should be proud of.

The only reason I haven't uninstalled yet is because GW takes forever to DL all the updates, and I still have friends in GW that I might want to talk to.

I honestly want to see whos making this lame cheep non thought out decsions because i think my pet fish could do better.
P.S You do know fishes forget their memory every 5 seconds.

i hope anet will put back the old winning conditions. i'm bored with this game as it is now. i can't be bothered to play in HA anymore because of kill count, skips due to lack of ppl, and the mixed hoh which promotes luck over skill. i play at prime time europe and when i do win the ganks at broken/courtyard, i get to halls for a 4 fame win. way to go anet at boosting the player database...
i don't understand why anet broke something that was working fine. it took them long enough to realise 6v6 was bad. i wonder if they'll ever realise old king of the hill is what worked best and drove ppl to play.

In my opinion ANet doesn't need you to log on after you bought the game. There is no monthly fee so it's your loss. Also, from what I've seen they'll promote a new style where, without the new expansion, you won't be able to compete with people who have it.

You have kind of hit across a good point but it's actually wrong. They make money from the game, fair enough. Then they have to keep up the servers (or it's false advertising). This costs them money. If EVERYONE does not load up the game, they're -still- putting out money to pay for the server(s).
Finally, when they release another game to make money, if the people that would buy it think - well no one played the other, so I won't buy this. It has hurt their future sales.
Sure, one person does not matter much, but if everyone adopted the same behaviour it would matter a lot and it -would- hurt their sales.
Granted there is no monthly fee, but they released expansions more regularly. Two expansions a year is say 60 pounds. Which is five pounds a month...
I don't remember what WoW is per month but I think it's like 8 pounds a month? The prices arn't that much different really . With that said, if everyone quit guildwars and it put off people from buying other products due to fear of the games being inactive, it'd hurt them a lot after a year .

I'm fed of up of the HoH mechanics and the killcount mechanics so much. In HoH one completly retarded team decides who wins, you will get ganked on capture points by some team that doesn't even know what to do. Relic run comes down to last 1 or 2minutes. King of the hill is the most enjoyable but if one team gets far ahead there is no chance of a comeback meaning the last minutes of the match are completly pointless. Killcount is just stupid it's free fame for spike teams which is why the HA metagame is so full of spike builds.
It would be very nice to see some nerfs to the obviously overpowered skills and maybe a test weekend for old school altar holding, or maybe some alternative ideas, but currently the 3 way rotation in HoH and killcount is not working at all and it never really was.
