I completely agree. It seems like everyone has totally forgotten how to kite and prekite these days. I don't know if it's because they assume their layers upon layers of defense can protect them enough from melee or what. But as a warrior I almost see no one kite effectively against me anymore. They just stand there and take it because their aegis+wards+bsurge is (sometimes) protecting them.
