...You know this is the PvP section, right? Now, I haven't played for awhile, but I'm pretty sure Riposte Warriors are still terrible.

Ok, listen to someone trying to be the voice of reason. Riposte in TA/HA/GvG is frowned upon to the point of deep seeded animosity. Also, in GvG you are never supposed to actively attack melee type opponents.
This is the major reason why Riposte builds are not desired. Though warriors will eventually clash with other melee type characters, your objective is to harrass and kill squishy targets, not to tussle with warriors. AB is a different beast all together, and that is looked at as not even being "real PvP" by PvP players. Even though I like Riposte and Deadly Riposte as skills for anti melee, to use them in serious PvP scenarios will get you no friends. |
