I'm not sure I can mock this, the guy running it messed some people up with it pretty bad, but is this really how you use a free secondary? Pack a recurve and d-shot?

Back in old tombs I remember running d-shot and savage shot a necro so on altars he could pull out a bow and help interrupt the ghostly.

I've actually run that bar before in RA (and several other weird N/R builds)...just with Insidious Parasite and Rez Sig instead of Price + Reckless. It's pretty good but I like N/Rt better because then you have a hard rez and can heal teammates.

This Jewel was found on a PvEer at THK by a friend of mine. Worst attributes spread ever? It is so bad that the build was saved and renamed to something more appropriate.

As if the skill set wasn't chock full of fail, he's running mending and breeze at 2 healing prayers, which means +1 mending and +4 breeze. I pointed this out, and also pointed out that Watchful Spirit gave +2 if he REALLY wanted to stick with that shit, and he refused.

Oh man, a couple weeks ago I did a pve pug in moddocks crevice (or whatever its called) mission for the hell of it and one monk pinged some really crazy build. I thought he was joking at first it was so horrible but he didnt change it until right before we went in. He pinged again and had a....slightly better build...but kept the attributes all screwed up. I wish I would have saved it. He was a Monk/Ele and had points in every single attribute he could put for a monk/ele. When he went in he had a mix of healing/prot/smite skills but still had points in air, fire, water, and earth. Amazingly we still got masters reward. Guild wars is fun like that.

And when I say points in everything I dont mean like 1 or 2. It was like 3, 4 or 5 in every ele attribute.

TBH, if you're running a caster and you have a free secondary and skill slot, dshot can be pretty nice. It's similar to mend touch on a melee. It's just so good, costs so little, and can be used to full effectiveness at 0 attribute and all you need to do is give up a skill slot. Why not?

It's not PvP but I was just trying to do Sanctum Cay in Hard Mode. After failing 3 times at the end I decided to try a pug that was advertising. It had a D/E earth tank (uhm.....wow) and traditional wammo. As if the dervish wasn't bad enough since he offered no help in terms of damage, the wammo brought restore conditions and healing breeze...didn't catch the mending use but I'm sure it was there since the wammo was regenerating HP even while not under HB. He rounded out his skillbar with dolyak signet among WY and Shields Up. He also proceeded to attack the warriors first in every mob, completely oblivious to the elementalists that were tearing a whole into him even through my PS. Ofc, he blamed my lack of monking skills on our failure....gg wammo....gg pug...

The sad part? right after that I went on to hero/hench mission and bonus in the same run and send him a screenshot for good measure.
