Nope srry, but now I feel bad. But i think it was one of [yay]'s monks. It was a higher ranked guild like that. Anyways, i was trying to make a group for rotscale, and this warrior joins, planning to help us fight him.
2 attack skills and running skills ftw.

Pve'd with a level 9 R/N using a sword and shield (never a bow)...
Didn't see the skills being used but I'm not sure how this would work? Some sort of variation of a touch ranger?

LOL that was me on the monk with Hammer Bash, playing with Squee Squee [yay]. Been doin' it for a while now... God it's so funny... and also, I use a vampiric hammer for that extra 5 damage. It's so leet~
... the worst part about it is, I do get faintheartedness and blinded sometimes... so I have additional things to cry about.

It's not the stupidest, just a stupid one.

Thunderhead keep mission, my group picked up a R/Mo hoping he was a trapper for King camping. About half way in I realized that he was running a smite monk build.
It was horrible.

Apply poison and target switching and who cares? Nothing wrong with that.

People always call me snobby because I want them to ping builds when making an AB group, but hell, if I got a penny for every time the monk on my team happened to be a 55 or a smiter ><. Really no fun when you want to run a frenzy hammer warrior.

Even the ones trying to heal just stack their skillbar with healing prayers stuff. I think I've grouped with two people there, ever, that used prot or prot-heal bars.

He has five healing skills on his bar. Any more than 3 healing skills on an LoD bar and I honestly start to question someones competency, unless they have extremely good reasoning as to why they have 4 healing skills on their bar. It should also be noted that there is absolutly nothing wrong with an LoD Monk using Heal Other. The only other real choice for that skill slot would be Words of Comfort, and that choice boils down to personal perfrence.
However, he has Healing Whisper... Which is just trash. Kiss is also pretty "meh" IMO.
Another problem is the fact the OP noted that Monk had 510 Health. People don't even run that low of health in Team Arenas.
He also has no Reversal of Fortune. Or any other Prot except for Aegis(which we can assume he's running at 10 prot, even though the breakpoint for duration is at 9 prot). He has no Spirit Bond or Protective Spirit, either.
Yeah, I think his bar fails. It's not the worst ever, or even close to it for that matter, but it's still pretty bad.

Yesterday in TA really was the limit, I joined this team and they asked me to ping. I always see it as a good sign if people are picky about builds because mostly that means they are playing more or less seriously. After we got in we met this team with a b-surger and a curse necro. Needless to say I got stacked with conditions and anti-mele hexes(SS 10 energy, what were you thinking aNet???). When I called for removal nothing happened. When I got spiked someone put healing breeze on me. When we lost and I asked why the monk didnt remove conditions and hexes he would just answer with: Should i take condition and hex remove next match then? *bungusmaximus has left the game*
