I Dont like the Soul Reaping system atm, Its pretty useless, I would say this:
Bring back the old thng when u got energy for everything, Except, Dont get energy for rit spirits.. Rit spirits is the only thing that was the problem with this really.
And PLEEEEEASE OLD SYSTEM IN HA IM DYING BY BOREDOM, it might be good to keep a diff in builds but, ITS NOT FUN ! Running around like RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing idiots is more boring then playing runescape ffs. Cmon anet..

I would like: Soul Reaping change.

And anet please change HA back to the way it was, Running around like chickens sucks really.. It might be good for keeping the build variety but.. Its boring as hell.. If we want to run around, we do GvG, But we want old Fashion HA, Wich was so leet, I think i speak for most if i say that i want it back to altar holding... I dont think you relize how many ppl u lose because of this change, But w/e listen to the ppl... ( with brains plz)

On topic: Takida, the game has much bigger problems than Soul Reaping not being perfectly ideal for what every single player wants it to be. In fact, there will never be a time when everyone is happy with the state of Soul Reaping. But, either way, can you at least agree there are much more important things that should come before ANET goes and tinkers with Soul Reaping again?

Why don't you just delete the skill instead?
W/o DP, the DA line looks retard. So until you do something to improve the DA line, don't kill its only life saver.
At least make it effect only DA skills.

Deadly Paradox with Deadly Arts is what makes it broken =/. Every time they would buff a skill, they have to take into consideration if it would be broken with Deadly Paradox. It makes the whole line and shadow arts worse for melee assassins.

deadly paradox and augury are fine, they function the way they are supposed to. just cuz you have a hard time fighting it, you cry to anet asking for a nerf into uselessness? the only place they are useful is RA/TA anyway and if it's so bad, build in preparation for it.

and please, leave shadow prison the RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO alone already. enough is enough, you're beating on a dead horse.

edit: and also, all those calling for RaO to be either ias-only or ims-only should be shot. there is a reason it is elite: it is supposed to be powerful! the nerfage it's already gotten was enough to balance it.

i bet all these people are backline or midline pussies that dont like their skulls getting bashed in.

You can't understand the skill that has no activation time, is unremovable, and essentially as a passive skill takes one of the most active skill characters out of the game for a significant duration?

Rampage as One should be left alone..it has a 25 energy cost and for it to be maintaned constantly you would need 9 in BM or higher...something that is not very effective when you have to add in the cost of points for expertise which also wold need to be at least level 9..then add in any marksmen or secondary professions...yeah..rampage dont need a nerf..it nerfs itself quiet effectively

Broad head arrow..you gotta be kiddingme.....there is no reason to nerf that at all..it moves slower than any othe bow shot..15 cost and 15 reactivation..yeah i know expertise lowers the cost but still...no reason for that one to be nerfed at all.

Never Rampage Alone..now this one needs adjustments...energy costs should be dropped to 15 and recharge increased to 30 seconds. Also change the time its active to 10-20 seconds to balance things. Its a good skill but could use a tweek

Not a skill persay bout ...please do something bout the Allegance ranks for Kur and Luxon....because of the high requirements..it makes the Factions pve only skills pretty much usless to get..cause they arent effective unless you have at least rank 3. Skills..should NEVER require such a massive grind

Their really isnt much thats totally broken right now. Id rather see this update focus more on buffing skills that are currently useless IE [skill]wastrel's collapse[/skill] rather then nerfing the skills people are getting owned by. Because most of the time its their own fault, not the skills fault.

And please ignore the people whining about deadly arts. Its a bit OP but not that broken. Minor nerfs to the recharge time of Siphon speed and deadly paradox are all thats really needed.

Deadly paradox: 15 sec recharge
Siphon speed: 8 Sec recharge

Duration of augury could use a scale by -15% as well. Nothing too big, but as it is now it provides too much passive play. Too easy to use IMO.

I wish people would lay off siphon really, It's a viable option for a sin without using teleport. Everything that discourages usage of teleports wins ImO. It's half range and the animation is pretty obvious. It IS an awesome skill though, but if you ask me it's on the verge of nerf-worthy, I would say don't touch it.

Deadly arts moron builds just needs to die, they're easy to beat indeed, but they're even easier to play.

What sad times are these that ruffians jump out of the forest and use Siphon Speed on old ladies at will, is nothing sacred anymore?

make deadly paradox an enchantment? just like deadly haste.
I'm suggesting this to add a counter...I know about wild blow but it's way less common than an enchant removal.

As suggesting under adjust the uptime.

It would still need a shorter duration or longer recharge. Preferably both.

Edit: Also higher energy cost. Just make this skill completely useless.
